Procedure A selection of five different types of bread containing preservatives was made.Three slices of each type of bread were staked, rapped with plastic rap, and labeled.The breads were kept under the same conditions for a period of 20 days.During this period the breads were monitored daily regarding the progression of the mold.At the completion of the project, the bread that molded the most was identified.
