In a world in which a lot of people live their daily lives hungry, every little thing helps to alleviate the problem of hunger. We’ve been coming to the Walk-For-Hunger because it is tradition, and hopefully others can make this walk part of their tradition too!” - Jane and Josephine #SmileForASelfie “This is my first walk and I’m excited to help for a great cause. We have to raise awareness of Hunger in communities; the problem many people face. People need to come out next year because the Walk-For- Hunger is a lot of fun and Project Bread needs money to keep doing amazing things.” – Valerie #SmileForASelfie

“We are walking this year to raise money for food insufficient families. In a world in which a lot of people live their daily lives hungry, every little thing helps to alleviate the problem of hunger. We’ve been coming to the Walk-For-Hunger because it is tradition, and hopefully others can make this walk part of their tradition too!” - Jane and Josephine #SmileForASelfie

“This is my first walk and I’m excited to help for a great cause. We have to raise awareness of Hunger in communities; the problem many people face. “I’ve been doing this walk for 15 years already (only 16). I keep coming back because it’s important to raise awareness of hunger to get people to realize its a big issue” – Sara #SmileForASelfie “I’ve done a lot of walks/run for causes and the Walk-For-Hunger is another great cause to come out for. We live in a place where people don’t know much about the problem” –Dominca #SmileForASelfie “I’ve always wanted to try a 5k, so here I am! People should come out next year to help Project Bread Raise Money.” -Jessalyn #SmileForASelfie

“We started walking with our school a few years ago for this big event! People need to know that hunger is in our community, not just other parts of the world. Not everyone gets a fair share of food; resources are not being allocated well. Hunger is real; It’s an issue. People should come to this walk next year because it is a lot of fun. You get to hangout with friends and see the entire city. Also, it’s for a good cause!” -Henry and Chung #SmileForASelfie

“I just came back from spending 6 years in India and I saw the effects of hunger first hand. It needs to be stopped. A number of residents in Boston and neighboring communities don’t know about hunger and that’s a problem. Hunger is an issue we can all come together for and fix. I’m helping today and everyone should because hunger shouldn’t exist. The school lunch system is failing and that is a core issue. Project Bread is great and they need help raising money to support the hungry in Massachusetts.” -Beth #SmileForASelfie
