THE OPEX BENCHMARKING The largest independent pharma benchmarking OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE The St.Gallen approach 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PHARMA OPEX BENCHMARKING We conducted the first international pharmaceutical manufacturing benchmarking in 2004. Our database consists of 272 production sites from over 120 different companies in 2014. FURTHER OPEX ACTIVITIES From research to practice THE ST.GALLEN OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE MODEL The sub-systems in the St.Gallen OPEX model consist of the sub-elements: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), Just-in-Time (JIT), and Effective Management System (EMS).
