THE OPEX BENCHMARKING The largest independent pharma benchmarking OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE The St.Gallen approach 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PHARMA OPEX BENCHMARKING We conducted the first international pharmaceutical manufacturing benchmarking in 2004. Our database consists of 272 production sites from over 120 different companies in 2014. TRANSFER OF ACADEMIC KNOWLEDGE INTO PRACTICE Our projects are a combination of state-of- the-art research know-how and real-world application. FURTHER OPEX ACTIVITIES From research to practice THE ST.GALLEN OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE MODEL The sub-systems in the St.Gallen OPEX model consist of the sub-elements: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), Just-in-Time (JIT), and Effective Management System (EMS). THE ST.GALLEN OPEX REPORT Site report shows a companys performance in the KPIs of each sub-element of the St.Gallen OPEX model and further reveals to the implementation level of defined OPEX enablers. 35 PAGES WITH 50 OPERATIONAL KPIS SHOW THE PERFORMANCE AND OPEX IMPLEMENTATION LEVEL!
