MOT DE BIENVENUE DES PRÉSIDENTS

Chères et chers Collègues,

Comme chaque année et selon nos statuts, le comité, appuyé par le comité scientifique mixte, organise pour la 54e fois le congrès. Depuis 2012, chaque deuxième année, la société fille, la SGAC-SSCE, se joint à nous pour renforcer la partie de chirurgie esthétique. D’un commun ac-cord, voici les trois thèmes choisis:

– reconstructive and aesthetic rhinoplasty– otoplasty – lower limb reconstruction

Soucieuses de présenter les dernières études et avances dans ces trois domaines, les deux so-ciétés ont invités des orateurs de renommée:Louise Laberge, qui est une référence dans le domaine de l’otoplastie, va nous parler de sa lon-gue expérience sur ce sujet. J’ai été résident à Montréal ainsi que le Dr Boesch et nous avons pu profiter de ses conseils précieux. Jean Brice Duron de Paris ainsi que Ali Murat Akkus d‘Istanbul vont satisfaire notre curiosité au sujet de la rhinoplastie esthétique. Abel-Jan Tasman de St-Gall va nous entretenir sur la rhinoplastie dans ses aspects fonctionnels en relation avec l’esthétique. Nous avons également organisé une table ronde sur le sujet de la rhinoplastie qui sera certaine-ment passionnante. Pour la reconstruction du membre inférieur, Lee Pu de Sacramento va nous apporter de précieux conseils sur ce thème, suivi également d’une table ronde représentée par les centres universitaires suisses. Vous pouvez donc nous croire, la venue à cette manifestation en vaut vraiment la peine pour vous tenir au courant des derniers développements et parfaire votre formation continue.La veille, donc le 20 septembre 2018, les cinq cliniques universitaires organisent une «Trainees Academy» pour parfaire la formation de la relève, nos assistants et chefs de clinique. C’est une première et nous espérons qu’elle aura du succès.Nous avons choisi Crans-Montana qui dispose d’un centre de congrès avantageux et capable de recevoir une manifestation comme la nôtre. De plus, les hôtels nous offrent des prix intéressants, hors saison. Ainsi, nous pensons satisfaire les attentes scientifiques élevées en restant dans un cadre économique approprié. Quant au programme cadre du vendredi soir, il sera consacré au folklore, qu’il soit suisse, européen ou outre-mer. Venez donc tous avec vos plus beaux costumes et oubliez le smoking et la robe de soirée.

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen

Der Vorstand, unterstützt von der gemischten wissenschaftlichen Kommission, organisiert wie jedes Jahr und gemäss den Statuten die 54. Jahrestagung. Seit 2012 macht die Tochterge-sellschaft, die SGAC-SSCE, mit und vergibt somit dem ästhetischen Teil mehr Gewicht. Die in Absprache mit der Tochtergesellschaft gewählten Themen sind die folgenden:

– reconstructive and aesthetic rhinoplasty– otoplasty – lower limb reconstruction

Dabei bemühten sich die beiden Gesellschaften, die letzten Studien sowie die wissenschaft-lichen Errungenschaften der drei Gebiete zu präsentieren, indem hoch qualifizierte Redner verpflichtet werden konnten. Louise Laberge, eine Referenz der Otoplastie, wird uns über ihre langjährigen Erfahrungen berichten. Ich war damals Resident in Montreal, so auch Urs Bösch. Beide konnten von ihren kostbaren Ratschlägen profitieren. Jean Brice Duron aus Paris sowie Ali Murat Akkus aus Istanbul werden unsere Neugierde was die ästhetische Rhinoplastik anbe-langt stillen. Abel-Jan Tasman aus St. Gallen wird über die Rhinoplastik in ihren funktionellen Aspekten in Verbindung mit der Ästhetik sprechen. Zudem haben wir über Rhinoplastik eine Diskussionsrunde organisiert, die sicher spannend werden wird. Für die Rekonstruktion der un-teren Extremitäten wird Lee Pu aus Sacramento Ratschläge geben. Darauf folgend wiederum eine Diskussionsrunde mit den 5 Vertretern der Universitätskliniken. Seien Sie versichert, die Teilnahme wird sich lohnen. Die Tagung vermittelt Ihnen die letzten Entwicklungen und deckt zudem die Fortbildungspflicht. Am Vorabend, 20. September 2018, organisieren die 5 Uni-versitätskliniken eine „Trainees Academy“. Sie soll die Weiterbildung unseres Nachwuchs, der Assistenten und Oberärzte ergänzen. Es ist dies ein erste Versuch und hoffentlich erfolgreich. Wir haben Crans-Montana als Kongressort gewählt, weil es sich um ein sehr günstiges Angebot handelt und ideal für unsere Veranstaltung ist. Zudem sind die Hotelangebote günstig, weil die Veranstaltung ausserhalb der Saison liegt. So hoffen wir, die wissenschaftlichen hohen Erwar-tungen zufriedenzustellen und den finanziellen Rahmen einzuhalten.Der Gesellschaftsabend ist der Folklore gewidmet, sei diese schweizerisch, europäisch oder aus fernen Ländern. Erscheinen Sie somit mit Ihren schönsten Kostümen oder Trachten und vergisst Smoking und Abendkleid.
