IE(I) student chapter & Department of
Information Technology of Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of
Technology & Research Badnera organized Wall
Magazine event. The Students wholeheartedly
participated in the event and submitted posters, articles,
drawings, paintings etc. on the various. Each poster/article
delivered a meaningful message. The program was
inaugurated at the hands of Prof. A. P. Bodkhe, Principal
of Prof. Ram Meghe institute of Technology and Research
Badnera, Amravati & Prof. V. M. Deshmukh, Head of
Information Technology Department .
The Hon’ble Principal, Prof. A. P. Bodkhe was invited as
a judge of Wall Magazine Event. Event was inaugurated
on 13th Aug. 2014 at 12pm in the presence of Prof. S. V.
Dhopte, Prof. S. S. Kulkarni, event Incharge Prof. H. D.
Misalkar, Prof. U. V. Nikam, Prof. A. W. Burange & all
Faculty members and students.
The event coordinators guided the students to prepare the
posters on various themes. The Student coordinators of
the event were Ms. Payal Pakhale, Ms. Shivani Tayade,
Vinay Lokhande, Ms. Sneha Joshi, Ms. Arti Nage, Ms.
Venuka Sankhala, and Ms. Anuja Thakare, Arpit Bhawre
and many of the students actively contributed their articles
in wall magazine.

the topic “Guidance on the selection of Project topic”
by Mr. Shrikant Pande Ctronics Systems, Amravati on
dated 28th July. 2014.
2. The IE (I) Student Chapter of Department of

the topic “SAP” by Mr. Abhay Choudhary, Business
Development Manager on dated 30th July. 2014.

4. The IE (I) Student Chapter of Department of
Information Technology organized a guest lecture on
the topic “Awareness on GATE 2015” by Mr. Ashish
Mithole, on dated 12th Aug. 2014.
The parent meet was organized by the Department of
Information Technology, PRMIT&R, Badnera. With the
objective of discussing parents regarding their ward’s
performance and trying to settle their queries & inquiries.
The motive behind the meet is to discuss all measures to
be taken for the overall growth and development of the
students so that they meet and cope up with the present
day challenges. Parent of many students actively
participated in the meet with a positive approach & also
offered few valuable suggestion with respect to
operational issues. The meet began with a warm welcome
to the parents followed by a presentation from head of
Department. Prof. Ms. V. M. Deshmukh. The presentation
covered details regarding infrastructure, increase in
intake, academics, placements, library facilities, academic
profile faculty, results of students, Co-curricular and
extracurricular activities organized within the department
and training and placement activities.

Mrudgandha: It department organized “Mrudgandh”, intra departmental
event to explore the hidden talent of the student. Under
this event number of activities were conducted such as
Poster Presentations, Dance Competition, Singing
Competition, Model Making Competition, Quiz
Competition, Rangoli Competition, Treasure hunt Debate
competition etc. The event received an overwhelming
response from the students.
