The various options of association with Nonstop are as follows:-

HUB • Hub covers their district level franchisees

• Hub works under Nonstop

• Hub will have to leave all the courier and parcel to the nonstop pickup vehicle.

• Hub will segregate the consignment and inform the master franchise.

• Hub will be responsible for the delivery in respective locations.

• Hub will provide lodging facility to the drivers.

• If the franchise is inactive the hub will support the franchise.

Work and Responsibilities

Franchise should create minimum 10 local booking counters in their respective areas

Hub should take care of Franchise development , delivery, sales and status

Hub should feed / provide product training and information about Company, Technologyawareness, system related entries / quires and information of Banned items in courier & cargoservices to their respective franchise.

Hub also have to do Self Booking and make an entry of all those units in System and aftermaking entry you have to send those units to Hub Franchise’s office along with the franchiseconsignment on day to day basis.

Hub have to work for the delivery of units in your area, which you got from Hub and the delivered units POD should be updated in our system and RTO units will return to Hub officeon day to day basis. This process is applicable for Taluk level franchisees also.

Hub has to coordinate with the Area Manager to arrange meetings with corporate clients to finalize the corporate rates. Before getting the business from corporate, Master franchiseeshould get approval from Nonstop higher officials through mail. Company will coordinate toget the corporate deal in the proper way.

FRANCHISE

HUB should have minimum office space approximate 2000 sq. Ft. To 3000 sq. Ft.

HUB should have System with 24 hours internet facility because company software cannot run in

offline, Printer, Scanner, weighing machine, and one or two 24 hrs operator for system entries like

shift basis.

HUB should have Bar Code Reader in your office for Bulk Entry.

HUB should have one boy for segregation of couriers and parcels.

HUB should have one boy for pickup and a delivery.

HUB has to keep a Transport vehicle when consignment volume is increased and that vehicle should

stick our company Nonstop couriers logo on those vehicles compulsory.

Franchise should have minimum office space approximate 150 sq. Ft. To 300 sq. Ft.

Franchise should have System with 24 hours internet facility because company software cannot run

in offline, Printer, Scanner, handy weighing machine, and one operator for system entries.

Franchise should have Bar Code Reader in your office for Bulk Entry.

Franchise should have one boy for pickup and a delivery.
