The Hammersmith & Fulham Council Professional Witness and Surveillance Service can help your organisation resolve problems such as anti-social behaviour, fly-tipping and harassment.

Pre-client consultation with us is free. Once you have contacted us with your requirements, we will discuss and agree an action plan with you and provide you with a quote. We will conduct reconnaissance on the site prior to observations beginning as part of the package. We will apply for RIPA if the job meets the threshold. We will remain in regular contact throughout the process. We prepare written statements and visual evidence for Court and will attend as necessary.

The Professional Witness Service has responded to cases of harassment by installing door viewer cameras at the property which record who is approaching a property. We sometimes deploy our covert vehicles near to the areas of concern to capture perpetrators in the act and provide identities where not already known.

HARASSMENT

The Professional Witness Service has responded to reports of perpetrators congregating in communcal areas, intimidating residents, displaying anti-social behaviour and possible drug use.

To tackle an issue like this, we can install a covert camera inside the building, which is designed to blend in with the surroundings. This enables us to capture the extent of the problem and identify the perpetrators. The evidence we provide for you will assist you to take action.
