SelectionSELECTION is truly unique. Designed to accommodate novices and advanced users alike, it promises exceptional comfort in movement path and training position. Contoured seats and backrests and dual grip options make SELECTION the perfect fit for every user. And with over 30 types of equipment in the line range, each member can train the muscles most suited to meeting their goals.


SMART PIN This feature is integrated into the top of the weight stack and allows to the user to select an additional incremental plate that is half the weight of those in the rest of the stack. This makes it possible for users to more gradually increase their load.

VISUAL SET UP The levers, buttons and pins are bright yellow and extremely visible, so even the most inexperienced user can easily spot and correctly set up the equipment, without help from a trainer.

ERGOADJUSTMENTThe number of settings required before starting exercise is extremely low and all adjustments can be easily reached from the workout position. Also, wherever possible, the same adjustment controls are located in the same position on each machine. The easy-start device enables a convenient exercise starting position and full control of the movement.

PHYSIOCAMAllows variable resistance to be delivered to accommodate the specific strength curve of the muscle group being trained, and users to perceive consistent resistance throughout the entire exercise. The low initial load enabled by the cam design is in alignment with the strength curve, as muscles are weakest at the beginning and end of their range of motion and strongest in the middle. This feature is beneficial to all users, and particularly for those who are de-conditioned and rehab patients.

BIOMOTION This concept, developed by Technogym’s R&D Centre, is based on an extensive study of the functional anatomy of single muscles and their behaviour in compound movements. The application of these studies to our selectorised equipment has resulted in a design that reproduces the natural movement of the body through a selected range of motion. Resistance remains steady during the entire range of motion, making the movement exceptionally fluid.

SMART PIN This optional feature is integrated into the top of the weight stack and allows the user to select an additional incremental plate that is half the weight of those in the rest in the stack. This makes it possible for users to more gradually increase their load.

VISUAL SET UP The levers, buttons and pins are bright yellow and extremely visible, so even the most inexperienced user can easily spot and correctly set up the equipment, without help from the trainer.

ERGOADJUSTMENTThere are very few settings on each piece of equipment, and all can be easily reached from the workout position. Also, wherever possible, the adjustment controls are placed in consistent locations across the line.

BIOSEATThe ergonomic seat and backrest are anatomically shaped to support the spinal column and to help users assume the correct position during their workout. Different densities of padding have been used to best accomodate the shape of the body, offering soft or firm support where needed. The wide, comfortable shape accomodates larger users, while the reduced height from the ground enables easy access to shorter users.

PHYSIOCAMAllows variable resistance to be delivered to accommodate the specific strength curve of the muscle group being trained, and users perceive consistent resistance throughout the entire exercise. The low initial load enabled by the cam design is in alignment with the strength curve, as muscles are weakest at the beginning and end of their range of motion and strongest in the middle. This feature is beneficial to all users, and particularly to those who are de-conditioned and rehab patients.

BIOMOTION This concept, developed by Technogym’s R&D Centre is based on an extensive study of the functional anatomy of single muscles and their behaviour in compound movements. The original technical features of this unique, innovative machine make it ideal for exercising the main muscle groups across a range of different trajectories, either symmetrically, singly or in alterating routines.

ROTATING SYSTEMVARIO PULLEY is the only machine of its kind on the market that also integrates elastic resistance. Elastic resistance is extremely effective throughout the entire rehabilitation process, from the initial muscle strengthening stages to the recovery of a sporting action.

DOUBLE CABLEThe VARIO PULLEY has a range of 37 different pull-out height settings, with the setting holes 5 cm apart, to cater for the needs of all users. Double adjustable cable pull-out, with adjustable height and direction, for training with a perfect range of motion, either symmetrically, singly or alternating.

WORKLOAD DUPLICATORThanks to the patented exclusive duplicator system, the resistance on the weights and elastic bands can be doubled by means of a simple lever. In isotonic mode, the workload on the VARIO PULLEY can be increased gradually, in 300 g steps for the first 4 plates, then in 800 g steps for the rest of the plates. The maximum workload is 28 kg.

HYDRAULIC RESISTANCE PISTON TECHNOLOGYtechnogym has selected the best hydraulic pistons developed for the automotive and motorcycle sector and has turned them into EASY LINE’s driving force. SPECIALIST (Stand Alone Studio)It requires a small initial investment and has a minimum space requirement so it fits virtually anywhere. In this solution EASY LINE is inserted in a small studio or replaces traditional fitness equipment (a variant of circuit training that requires the availability of a large space to include cardiovascular training equipment). With this solution it’s possible to implement one-on-one training sessions in which the trainer/therapist makes full use of the EASY LINE circuit. Small group training (as in the secondary spend model) is possible to optimise trainer efficiency.

SECONDARY SPEND (small group training)EASY LINE training is sold separately from the traditional membership fee. It is located in a separate, dedicated area (or studio) inside the club, where participants have no distractions and can focus on the movement, using carefully selected music to make exercising more enjoyable. this solution is particularly suitable for existing Clubs that want increase their class activity offering.
