1. Sales Road Warrior Program – developed new business partners and promoted sales for SME products in the velocity sector. Grew a culturally diversified team from 8 to 12 contributing an average of USD 5M quarterly (105% of target).

2. Service Provider Sales Associates Program - individuals based in major telecoms across SEA. Developed a strategy to train and promote the sales and presales team on CISCO solutions. Grew the team from 1 to 5 contributing an average of USD 10M quarterly to the commercial sales team. (111% of target)

3. Technical Road Warrior Program – built the team which was required to train and provide presale service to the velocity partners. A new team with 10 members across SEA. In the past year, they have trained and recruited 35 partners per quarter.

4. Process automation into Salesforce.com for Opportunity Management.

1. Prepared proposal that won the PayPal account, hiring 50 employees for 7 different language backgrounds.

2. Initial account management until handover to the recruitment team.

Client: Dyson Manufacturing Sdn Bhd3. Contracts negotiation and proposal submission for 3

years account renewal. Received award of excellence.

IBM Global Business Services, Malaysia.1. Lead Management Tool. A tool that allows resellers to

submit their leads or opportunities which were then passed on to specific Account Managers.

2. Bid Management Application. An online web application that allowed Distributors and T1 partners to submit their bids for the internal Bid Managers to work on. This allowed all bids to be tracked and ensured that sufficient information was provided. (Process automation)

3. Sales Out Measurement Process. A process that minimizes unidentified or untraced revenue which was running at 27% of the business.
