Achievements of Awards

S- The award represents my initiative of ASE Spirit and Ontario Scholarship award.

T-Accomplishing the award was like swimming the Nile River. I had to overcome habits of procrastination and achieve a grade point average of 85%+ but also keep on smiling regardless of stressful times.

A-The steps I took to complete my task were writing. Working part-time and going to school full-time is not easy. I fond writing always helped release stress and fatigue.

R- The results were outstanding, I achieved the success of being accepted to Centennial College and achieving two awards.

Achievements of Diploma's

S- These two pictures represent my graduation from Woburn Collegiate Institute and my future diploma from Centennial College for International Business Administration.

T-In order to complete my task of achievement from Woburn Collegiate, I had to complete 42 credits and maintain a 75%+ average. I had to ensure I attended my classes, understood my lectures and worked efficiently. Centennial College is still a work in progress but is requiring me to maintain a 4.0 average to ensure my acceptance in University.

A- The steps I took to complete the action involved were completing my assignments, attending classes, tutoring sessions and long nights.

R-By ensuring a 75%+ average, it has given me knowledge and discipline my future career and education.

Job FairsS- I have worked at McDonalds Canada Limited since 2010-Present at Markham and Progress. I play a efficient and friendly Cashier which ensures the customers happiness.

T- Currently I maintained high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations (as both a drive-through and in-store cashier), communicated clearly and positively with coworkers and management, handled currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately, followed procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation, lastly resolved complaints promptly and professionally.

A- The steps I took to ensure a friendly working environment were communication. Communication is key at McDonalds because I am able to be aware of what my team and customers need.

R- I have learned strong worth ethic and communication from working at McDonalds. My workplace has developed my soft and practical skills for my future career.

Special EventsS- These three pictures represent the past two years of my summer as a Career Expo, Metro Toronto Convention Centre Worker and Volunteer Gardener. The three special events I attended over the summer that has enriched my knowledge and developed my creativity because of my current role to keep the customer happy and maintain workplace goals.

T- My duties involved, answering customers questions, ensuring safety, handling money, greeting customers. My employers purpose was always to fulfill customers needs to ensure a stable customer base. To make sure customers were always put on top, I had to make sure my smile was always put on my face regardless of how ugly the situation would be

A- The steps I took were a healthy approach to my job. I would make sure my sleep, eating and social life were taken care of.

R- I learned to always have a positive attitude because it can create a healthy atmosphere as well as positive career opportunities for the future.

Volunteer Experiences

S- These pictures were taken from the period of 2010-2012. My everyday task was to ensure the safety of the children and happiness. My role played a bigger role than I could imagine because the children looked at me as a role-model, constantly making sure I was on my “A Game” .

T- Volunteering at the Scarborough Community Centre, I helped raise money for the school and extra co-curricular activities by organizing school events and educated the ‘Girls Club’ about the environment, becoming a teenager, and helping the community. Secondly, tutoring Biology as part of a high school tutoring program, to answer and help students understand better. Lastly, babysitting on the weekends by changing diapers, lunch time and play time. Achieving the task was never easy because all three volunteer positions required PATIENCE!

A-The steps I took to complete the task were patience, healthy diet, a good team and sleep! Working with a younger age group is never easy but with my 4 steps it was manageable.

R-The outcome was positive, I was able to grow as an individual and learn a bit about what career would best likely suit me.

Life Experiences S-This picture was taken in Mexico during April 2012. It was a experience of a lifetime. I was given the opportunity to understand what poverty is, watching the sunset go down and dolphins swim by but also appreciate life.

T- I learned the struggles families endure, but what is being given to the rich, which shouldn’t be.

A-The steps I took to complete this task were to live life I was able to understand Mexican traditions, cultures, and food because I was able to let myself indulge in their city.

R- The results were excellent, I brought the experience to Canada enriching my friends and family to live and look at life differently.
