• With the three-layered sieve system, unwanted large particles and grain dust are separated from the main product.

• In traditional whole feed preparation, roughage and concentrate feeds are weighed and sent into the mixed trailer.
• When the number of animals increases, this process takes a lot of time and the precision of the rations is affected because the weighing is in the form of manual loading.
• In the FULL FEED CENTER system, first the concentrate feed part project is prepared according to the farm owner’s request. (Powder feed, pellet feed or flake feed)
• Thus, it will have the advantage of lower cost and managing the content of the concentrate ration.
• The prepared complete feed is loaded onto the distribution trailer with a band aid.
• The roughage group, will taken to the mixer feeder with automatically programmable rations with the help of conveyor bands. Feeds such as straw and alfalfa are brought to the appropriate length with a rotary grinder.

• Wastes from slaughterhouses (bovine, ovine, chicken waste, bones) firstly pass through a bone shredder and enter the compact type rendering unit.
• It works continuously for 24 hours. Since the temperature does not exceed 90 ° C during drying of the product, the useful contents are not damaged.
• Meat-bone meal and fat are removed from the system as two separate products.
• Its advantages compared to equivalent products are its compact structure, production under 90 C and odorless.
• The product obtained may be used as a feed additive.
• Perished animals in farms must be disposed in a healthy way.
• Incineration is harmful for environmental hazard. Burying them in pits in the soil may cause bacteria such as salmonella to mix with the water and cause infectious diseases.
• As an innovative company, we have developed a product that will meet this need of our farms.
• Perished animals are put into the chicken disposal machine with 50% bran. High heat is released in a short time thanks to its special blades and rotating structure. After 15 minutes, hygienic chicken flour is obtained.
