Prioritizing between work, church, family, and ministry work

Knowing what clients to take on. Saying no when the job is something I am not

familiar with.

What is the hardest part of owning your own business

Page 11: Professional developmentl power point 2

Start with personal time, meditate, read, listen to music.

Prioritize the days events( be prepared to change as calls come in)

Return messages from over night or previous day if there are any.

Order parts Service calls

How does your typical day go?

Page 12: Professional developmentl power point 2

Why did you start your own company? The unethical behavior of previous employers

prompted me to start a company with solid biblically based values.

Page 13: Professional developmentl power point 2

To provide quality repairs at a reasonable rate. Provide correct information to the client always. Return all messages and phone calls in a timely

fashion. Respect my clients, their stores, and their

employees.

What responsibilities do you have to your clients?

Page 14: Professional developmentl power point 2

Show up when you say you will, if you are unable to make it on time, call before you are already supposed to be there.

Clean up the work site, never leave a mess for store employees to clean. ( even if the mess is from a previous company)

Give them choices if available for different brands or prices on parts.

How do you ensure client satisfaction?

Page 15: Professional developmentl power point 2

Once again it is all about prioritizing. What job is the most crucial one? If a client is going to lose product over a piece of equipment being down, then I am heading there first. In the commercial industry, most clients understand when an emergency call comes in.

How do you deal with demanding clients when you only have one full

time Service Technician?

Page 16: Professional developmentl power point 2

Superior Customer Service The willingness to learn. The ability to ask for help when it’s needed. The enthusiasm to seek out classes to keep up to

date with the latest technologies and regulations. Honesty Dependability

What are the most important qualities you look for in a Service Technician?
