Who We Are The Aspiring Mid-Career Professionals (AMP) program provides mid-career employees of Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) with a forum for networking with peers and senior-level management and to encourage career growth and development. Benefits to Employees AMP participants can expect to benefit from an increased understanding of SRNS standard practices and procedures; encouragement and support for employees to define career development goals; and collaboration with mid-career professionals in other disciplines.
