electromyogram and single fibre electromyography for patients referred from all over the
country. In fact, we established clinical neurophysiology service in Sudan since 1992. I was the
first to establish Botulinum Toxin clinic for treating neurological conditions in 1992
Currently I am the head of the neuroscience Centre at Soba University Hospital with the
following duties:
1) Clinical Neurology (2008-2019):
My job includes: offering consultation service in clinical neurology in the wards, the
outpatient clinics and the intensive care unit as well as teaching the students, the registrars and
the fellows of the MD neurology
2) Clinical Neurophysiology (2008-2019):
My duties at Soba Neuroscience Centre and the department at the Faculty of Medicine,
University of Khartoum of Khartoum, include reporting and diagnosing EEGs, performance of
Nerve conduction studies, repetitive nerve stimulation RNS, EMGs, single fibre

electromyography SFEMG and evoked potentials studies. We receive referrals of patients from
the whole of Sudan States.
As mentioned above in my CV I had been doing clinical Neurology and Clinical
Neurophysiology work since 1992 in Alshaab and Ibaheem Malik teaching hospitals.
