Productivity is the amount of results

(output) an organization gets for a

given amount of inputs such as labor

and machinery.

Attitude is the desire to perform a work.

The better attitude with a better team

work, quality would go up, bottom line

would go up.

Vast study conducted tells that 85 % a person

gets a job or a promotion is because of the

attitude and other 15% gets due to their facts

and figures.
