Production Process 2

First I loaded a Photoshop document with A4 and international paper measurements.

I then imported the image and resized it to best fit the framing. Then I added brightness and contrast to make the image look as good as possible.

I then added the main coverline with colours which suited the image and reflected the person in question.

I then added the masthead ‘Lit’ at font 160pt and added the stroke blending option to give it a black outline which I thought was a good decision to improve the style.

I then added all of the coverlines at 35pt, ensuring that they did not overlap the main image.

I then placed in the date, price and barcode giving the magazine a professional feel with actual credible issue information.

I then added a banner in the same colour as the masthead with text which appeals to the target audience.
