STANDARD OFF THE ROAD RETREADING WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY

Tire sizes 49 inch and below

Repairs

Every retread we process bears our company identification and is guaranteed to be free from defects

in material and/or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of manufacturer. If your

casings fails, after the cap is 50% worn, there is no warranty. There is no warranty on a purchased

cap and casing after 50% wear. If Purcell Tire determines that a retread has failed under the

conditions of the warranty, Purcell Tire will, in its sole discretion, either repair the tire or make a

reasonable allowance prorated on a percentage of tread wear. This adjustment policy is limited

because any retread tire may fail in service or otherwise become unserviceable due to the conditions

beyond the control of the manufacturer such as, but not limited to, mechanical condition of the

vehicle, improper tire maintenance, road conditions, etc.

OTR tire repairs are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from date of manufacture

All eligible 51, 57, and 63 inch retreading and repair products produced by Purcell Tire Company are

warranted to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. This limited warranty applies only

to 51, 57 and 63 inch retreading and repairs provided to companies whose specific tire applications

have been approved by Purcell Tire Company Mine Group in writing. If upon Purcell Tire Company

inspection, a retreads determined to have failed under the terms of this warranty, Purcell Tire will

either repair the tire at no charge or make a prorated allowance based on the tread depth remaining

and the average tread depth at wear out for out of service tires.

Recapped Foam Fill and Solid Tires are warranted through the first 20% of tread wear, regardless of

age or length of time in service. If a casing / core fails after the first 20% of tread wear, there is no

warranty. We assume no liability for foam in tires which we retread. It is recommended that all foam

fill tires be "recharged" by the customer after being retreaded. We assume no liability on tires

rejected after having been buffed. New Solid Tires are warranted to be free from manufacturing

defects.
