ALPHAAbove-Ground Oil / Water Separator

The Alpha is a highly effective above-ground oil / water separator, designed to discharge wash water to the sanitary sewer at rates of up to 30 GPM. The genius of the Alpha is the proprietary “maze” design of up to 1000 sq. ft. of inclined coalescing plates which draw oils from wash water. The plates are strapped together in packs and are easily lifted out for cleaning.

WB High-EfficiencyWaste Water Evaporator

The WB series is the first evaporator to use high-efficiency submerged combustion technology. It works by forcing heat through a submerged tube and releasing it directly into the water for 100% heat exchanger efficiency and dramatic operational and energy cost savings. These systems are capable of handling waste streams at 60 – 120 gallons per hour.

HBGWaste Water Evaporator

The HBG evaporator models use the conventional hot-plate technology with a unique high-efficiency combustion chamber to dispense up to 95% of a waste stream so as little as 5% has to be hauled off. Royce’s systems are capable of 8, 15 and 30 gallons per hour.

PM-1000Bioremediation Pit Management

Water BlasterFor Pre-Washing

When heavy equipment and vehicles are laden with loads of dirt and mud, water volume is more effective than high pressure for a thorough cleaning. The Water Blaster delivers up to 25 GPM of water volume (nearly 6 times more than most pressure washers) along with 500 PSI of pressure to knock off heavy dirt with ease.

Collection PitsBelow-Ground Pre-Treatment

As an economical alternative to concrete pits, these pre-fabricated fiberglass pits offer an economical solution to in-ground, oil-water separation as well as a safe and convenient method of capturing wash water. The fiberglass pit system is easier to install and less expensive to ship than forming pits on site or purchasing straight pre-cast pits. Furthermore, they feature double containment to eliminate leaks, offer pre-formed grating and simply look better than concrete or metal pits.

Ozone Generators For Microbial and Odor Control

The self-contained Ozone Generator is ideal as a stand-alone system ridding waste water of odor and bacteria. Ozone (O3) works up to 3000 times faster than chlorine and other sanitizers in killing bacteria without creating harmful bi-products. It also acts as a deodorizer.

Pit CleanerFor Sludge Removal

Cleaning sludge from the bottom of a collection pit or tank is neither easy nor fun, but the Pit Cleaner makes it bearable. An extended wand is attached to a cold or hot water pressure washer with a minimum of 1000 PSI. The pressure is channeled so that it creates a vacuum, capable of suctioning mud and sludge from the bottom of a pit, tank or even a pond. The sludge is deposited into a porous collection bag, mounted on a hand truck, where the water drains out and the sludge is allowed to dry for proper disposal.

INDUSTRIAL WET SANDBLASTER

For the extra-tough cleaning tasks, wet sandblasting is the dust-free solution. The sandblaster attaches to a hot- or cold-water pressure washer and, using a venturi, mixes in sand or other abrasive media with the high-pressure spray of the power washer to create enough cleaning power to strip paint off concrete or barnacles from a ship’s hull. The sandblasting nozzle is made of tungsten carbide a for long life. A variety of safety features, including a face shield, come standard with the sandblaster.

iSOLARNEW PRODUCT: Photovoltaic and solar units harness solar radiation and convert it to energy. Debris from dust, soot and pollen can reduce their output by up to 20%, negating some of their efficiency, and the natural power of rain; condensation and wind are not strong enough to clean the units effectively. These systems require a thorough washing in order to produce a consistently high level of power.

There are practically no limitations on how iSolar can be used. SEWER / TUBE CLEANING NOZZLESThe reverse jets on the fixed and rotary nozzles pull the hose through the tube or sewer line and blast debris from the line or tube walls. The forward port blasts into the pipe and breaks up clogs and debris, and adds extra agitation. Royce’s sewer nozzles are physically small enough for cornering ability, capable of up to 4200 PSI and are constructed of corrosion resistant stainless steel.
