Terms and Conditions RETURN POLICY

• There is absolutely no return of bulk loam, aggregates, bark mulch, stone by the pound or special orders.

• All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by original sales receipt.

• We do not accept partial or opened pallets of natural stone.

• If we pick up product at your location, there is a standard 20% restocking fee.

• Refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was originally made. Cash will be refunded for payments made by check after 10 days.

• Any returns made without a receipt will be refunded by store credit.

DELIVERY FACTS YOU SHOULD KNOW• Our delivery fees are based on mileage, directness of routes, and our own personal driving experiences.

• Scheduling is never easy! We regret that we cannot commit to a time of day; however, we will do our best to indicate AM or PM. You can also request a call when the truck is leaving our yard with your delivery.

• It is not necessary that you be present for your delivery. Provide us with instructions at the time of purchase, mark the area with a designated item or a Landscaper Depot stake provided by your sales associate, and we will do everything in our power to see that your needs are met. Please note, we cannot be responsible for product delivered in the wrong area if the area was not properly marked. If our truck cannot acess the designated area, we will make every attempt to contact you for alternate instructions, if you cannot be reached our driver will use their discretion to dump in a safe and accessible location.

• When deciding where you would like your materials dumped, please note that a signed liability release is required for all offroad deliveries. Please check the area for overhead wires, low tree limbs, etc. and take into consideration the height clearance required by our trucks while dumping:Class 1 or 2=15’ ht clearance, Class 3=20’ ht clearance, Class 4=25’–30’ ht clearance. Forklift width is approx. 9 ft.

•Unless a particular truck size is specified, for scheduling purposes, Landscapers Depot reserves the right to send a truck that may be larger than necessary to complete your order.

• Sorry, we cannot deliver ½ yard increments.

• We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. Less than 24 hrs. notice of cancellation will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee.

• When considering cancellations due to weather, keep in mind our materials are not stored indoors.

• With fluctuating fuel costs, we reserve the right to assess a fuel surcharge.

• Last but not least, in the wet weather the ground is very soft. Our heavy trucks cannot always go where your car, pickup truck or garden tractor can go. It is very important that you have an alternate delivery area planned.

This is for the additional time it takes to load and off load the products. Our split loads are determined by weight, not necessarily volume. Whenever we can combine deliveries, we will suggest it to save you money. Sorry, we cannot deliver in 1/2 yard increments.

Permeable surfaces help to preserve our environment and the most precious resource of all, water. We can’t live without water, and permeable pavers help protect the quality of our water supplies. They reduce the amount of storm water runoff entering our natural waterways that carry with it contaminants and pollutants. The water is allowed to naturally drain into the surface through the voids in the permeable pavers. This promotes the infiltration of rainwater and also helps to recharge the groundwater.

This will help identify the site conditions and your preferences. Home Consult - $275 (within a 1/2hr of Landscapers Depot) An in-home consult scheduled by appointment, this package includes a 1 hour meeting at your home with our designer where the designer will take measurements of the areas you wish to enhance.
