The Gathering Synod Coordinator serves as the primary conduit for reliable information about the 2015 ELCA Youth Gathering in Detroit for their synod, promoting the Gathering, and supporting and equipping adult leaders bringing groups to the 2015 ELCA Youth Gathering.

Develop a Proclaim Story Planning Team that will assist in the execution of Proclaim Story at the Gathering. These team members are to be part of congregations that are attending the Gathering.
There will be no costs that are covered for team members.

Musical leadership for Proclaim Story at the Gathering can take many forms: • An instrumental/vocal track will be provided
for each synod. No additional leaders are necessary.
• A solo leader that works with the recorded track and/or her/his own music.

You are not required to recruit live leadership for the worship music. But if you do, the intention of live musical leadership is to connect congregations and participants more deeply to their synod.
