Process for Downloading Broker Statements Once you have been issued a user name and password from the Oxford website Technical Support (1-800-811-0881), sign on to oxfordhealth.com and click the link for Brokers.

Enter you username and password into the fields, and click “Log in” to enter the site.

Float your cursor over the word “Check” and a drop down menu will appear.

Select “Commissions” from the drop down menu.

Select the statement month you would like to view or download, then press “Continue.”

Click the link for “Current Commission Calculation.” The screen that appears is a summary.

To view further details, be sure “All Groups” is highlighted and press “Enter.”

If your statement is longer than one page, you will see a scroll bar to the right. Another option is to download to Excel by pressing the “Download to Excel” button. You will have the option to open the file or save it. Press the button of your choice.

Your broker statement will appear in Excel format. You will have to resize the columns to your needs.
