Is Approval of Japanese customs bureau for thetable and CTMS verification report required inevery case of the gaseous vessel?

Independent surveyor (NKKK, SNKK, SGS, Intertek or other Surveyor company)s reports table & report are essential to get an approval without exception.

What is meaning of the NKKKs stamp?

It means just NKKKs stamp for their report, not the approvalfrom the customs. NKKK also should submit their report to customs to obtain the bureaus approval. It is same as SGS, SNKK, Intertek

How about times which required to obtain approval?Is it same for all surveyor companies like SGS, SNKK, NKKK, Intertek?

These days, so many vessels are in line at the office of the customs. Normally it will take more than one month. But in emergency case, the date can be minimized under the special situation like urgently fixed port entering schedule.The required time will not be different to each surveyors company in that Japanese customs do not give any inequality for the approval.
