Quality of the Backlinks Usually there are 1-3 back links that are responsible for the domains TF score. We track the source of the back links and make a judgement call of how likely the link will remain and is the source of the link niche specific to the domain? The cost of these domains are low so I don't get to worried if there are only a few high quality back links to the domain.

**Note: Cost is only low if you get thru kallzu as member it cost regular price of new domain. For example, .com usually $9.99 compared to TF 20 domain on the open market would easily be $40-80 dollars. ***

2. Anchor Text ideally should be naked links, click here, and brand name. If we find lots of keyword spam links we reject the domain.

3. Banned by Google and/or Adwords http://bannedcheck.com/ reminder to enter both http://www.yoursite.com and http://yoursite.com

4. Way Back Machine http://archive.org/web/ Look for history of what the site looked like. Was it every used as spam site, porn, or PBN?

Summary: Two main concepts when buying a domains. First, the quality of the back links. Second, the history of the domain (banned, used for spam, porn, etc).

How To Manually Find Age Domains

If for some reason you don’t want to take advantage of being a Kallzu member then here are some sources for finding domains to build your PBN. Keep in mind these are paid sources and the majority of them you will end up going to auction to bid against other buyers.

How To Remove All PBN Footprints

Two essential concept to understand to build PBN. First, want to remove ALL footprints. Next, build quality REAL looking sites.

1. Remove SOA (Start of Authority) records.

What is SOA? It is simply the email you use when you sign up for hosting. When you create a PBN you need separate hosting for each domain. You can either buy hosting for each of your PBN and sign up with each with different email OR you can get hosting here and never have to worry about managing 10-30 hosting companies.

**if you us the recommend hosting PLEASE understand I vetted these guys for almost 2 years please read thru site before you come back with typical questions:

“I thought you never buy from SEO hosting?” Answer: They are NOT.

“Will there not be footprint if all sites hosted at same company?” Answer: Nope:) Please read thru the sites Q&A they are real deal and I do not recommend hosting for PBN lightly.

If you have existing PBN hosting and want to change your SOA record you can do so by going to Cpanel => Update DNS records => Update SOA

If the above directions do not work contact your host provider to change SOA records.

SOA Record Start The Right Way (or get hosting with no SOA here)

1. Create Avatar per domain (name, address, phone, email). 2. When you sign up for hosting use YOUR real, name, address, and

phone BUT use Avatar email. 3. Forward Avatar email to one of your main emails (easier to manage). 4. Domain Registration: Same as hosting for billing Contact. But for the

Registrant, Administrator, and Technical Contact use you Avatar info.

2. Assign Firefox Profiles (separate firefox, gmail, and IP address) to PBN.

People go to great lengths to hide their PBN with separate hosting, unique content, different domain registers, etc YET they will log into all their PBN with same firefox and IP address as their money sites!

Google tracks your every move online thru your firefox profile and IP address. Thus we need to create FFP (Fire Fox Profile) for our PBN.

A FFP would be assigned the following: 1 weekly, 1 blogger, 1 Live Journal, 1 Tumblr, and 1-3 PBN’s.

3. Images Leave a Hugh Footprint!

Before you upload image to your PBN clean the EXIFP data.

Window users use this free tool to remove EXIFP data

Mac users go to Apple Store get free app EXIFPurge

4. Domain Register

Don’t register all domains on same day.

Use different domain registers: godday, name cheap, name silo, internetbs.rotate 4-6 different domain registers for example if you had 20 domains and 5 domain registers you would have 5 domains at each domain register.

When you sign up for domain register follow exactly same steps as though you where buying hosting for each domain.

5. At minimum have following pages: About Us, Contact Us, Disclaimer, and other pages that would normally go with your PBN niche site.

6. Use different author names for every wordpress site.

7. Use different wordpress free or paid theme for each site.

8. Use custom header and/or logo

Free sources of images, headers, and backgrounds: https://pixabay.com

http://morguefile.com

Free logos http://www.logologo.com/

Creative Commons: images, google images, youtube and more

http://search.creativecommons.org/

9. Give each of your PBN a personality and voice. Who is owner? How old? Get image of owner.

10. Plugins: User variations of same plugins for example there are many All In One SEO Packs, same with XLM site maps, etc..

11. I do not recommend spider block plugins because mostly PBN owners use these types of plugins and easy to track.

12. Never interlink your PBN sites.

13. Anchor text use naked links, click here, branded name, rarely use keywords.

14. Change the length of your articles 300 to 1200+ words. Only PBN have all articles same length.

PBN Rebuilt Site or Not?

Rebuilding a site from https://archive.org/web/ or not? Depends if you have really strong domain that has good records on way back machine (link above). Then it is worth considering since it will save lots of time building a site from scratch.

We use this company to rebuild sites http://waybackdownloader.com

15. Vary domain TLD even foreign domains/

16. Use Favicon

17. Consider adding at least one social media to your site like a flicker, youtube, twitter, pinterest, and even Facebook. You can use all free sources of images and videos to make a social site look real.

18. Consider adding advertising banner to you sites (fake)

First know this step is optional but you should consider doing it on some of your sites. Also note these are not real banner ads they just look and act like real banner ads.

Find sample banner ads here http://www.moat.com

<a href="http://www.lowes.com/" rel="nofollow"><img src="URL of image" alt="ad" /></a Enter the store that your advertising for site in place of http://www.lowes.com/ and inside "URL of Image" copy and paste the image URL you above step. It would look like this: <a href="http://www.ge.com/" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://xcellfuel.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/GEbanneradd.jpg" alt="ad" /></a Enter the above HTML code into widget see image below.

19. Vary the site design of each of your sites. Do not use the same web layout and only change the theme. Below are four examples if of different site designs that you could easily come up with 100 more.

20. How should you rebuild the content of your PBN?

Should you rebuild the site with same niche? Rebuild site within a similar niche for example of you have domain about Mustang Car Club could you rebuild about windshield repair? Lastly, rebuild site to a new niche that matches closely to your money site?

I recommend and do all three. When you study the backlinks of most local sites let’s be honest 95% of all backlinks come from a site that is NOT a niche match. Thus, we rebuild sites with weak Way Back Machine site profile (not enough images of past site) with a theme that works for our niche.

The sites that do have good Way Back Machine Site Profile we do our best to rebuild the home page.

It is the backlinks and quality of the content on the site that are the biggest determining factors when building a PBN.
