Project Description

An urban expansion project comprising 6,500 new homes of

mixed tenure; 40,000m² retail space; secondary school; 4 primary schools; a high quality public realm, and a range of

The project set new standards of urban design, and was characterised by its commitment to ecology and sustainability. A Site of Special

appointed WYG in 2000 to manage the project on their behalf, providing a full range of services.
