An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an established and stable team who specialise in recruiting Corporate Pensions, Investments and Asset Management professionals from mid to senior level. Our priority is putting clients and candidates first and continuing to build effective, long term partnerships with client organisations to achieve outstanding results. Your client base will be a mix of large PLC institutions in a variety of sectors, Employee Benefit Consultancies & Regulatory bodies where we already have strong existing relationships in place but also much scope for further development.
We would be interested in speaking with commercially minded individuals with experience in a recruitment or b2b sales or related industry environments who can demonstrate the interpersonal skills and business acumen necessary to develop client relationships and deliver effective recruitment solutions to clients. To succeed in this role you will need high levels of impact and a creative approach to recruitment, offering innovative and flexible solutions to win new business. This role requires a strong networker to immerse themselves in the market and build strong relationships. To succeed in this sector you will be able to act quickly and decisively as well as differentiate yourself effectively in what is a competitive market.
