Mass User Creation or Deletion

Mass Creation Add Intake Year Create a CSV file containing user names Import the file (Mass User Intake)

Mass Deletion Delete a whole year group (Mass User Delete) Delete Group

Remotely Logging on to server

The server or any work station can be accessed using ‘Remote Desktop Connection’ Start> All Programmes> Accessories> Communication

Type the machine name 2040DC01 and then log on

You can also access any folder or file on your network Start > Run

Type the machine name with 2 back slashes \\2040DC01

You can also access hard drive by adding \C$
