At the upcoming international trade fair for sheet metal working, Timesavers will exhibit its versatile 42 series WWRBW Rotary brush machine. This machine takes care of optimal deburring, uniform edge rounding up till radius 2 mm, finishing and the possibility to remove laser oxide. In addition to that, the 42 series HWRB Rotary brush machine with new Hammerhead™ especially for the removal of heavy slag will be showcased. The machine is able to perform optimal on various applications, such as deburring, edge rounding up till radius 2 mm, removal of laser oxide and heavy slag.
A more economical solution for deburring, edge rounding, finishing and the removal of laser oxide will be presented with the 32 series WRBW rotary brush machine. This machine will be presented with a new option: the automatic brush set-up, an optical system which continuously measures the brush length and automatically sets the brush to the exact settings specified by the machine user. As a result manual calibration is not required anymore. This option will be available for the 32 and 42 series.
Another increasing popular machine will be presented, the 22 series HW, also executed with the Hammerhead™ for heavy slag removal and an abrasive belt for the removal of burrs and finishing of surfaces.
