• Position Description - TRAQS captures position codes to represent a broad category of employment. In addition we need actual titles (e.g., secretary, custodian). A list of titles will be provided in the new reporting system.
• Employment Type - e.g., Full time, part time, independent contractor, student employment (the latter applies to higher ed only).
• Actual number of hours worked per week or month.
• Full-time Equivalent - The number of hours that a particular position is expected to work in a particular calendar month.
• ORP* Election Date - Election date for ORP.
• ORP* Vesting Date - Vesting date for ORP.
