- More informed - Require better information - Want to reduce their risk - Want to stick to their core business - Want continuous improvement - Better service levels - Better quality

THE INDUSTRY•Other requirements on industry:- - Pressure on environmental standards - Enforcement of standards to go up - Health & Safety standards will increase - Legal prosecutions will increase - Technology will play bigger role - Quality will be a must - Batch plants will have to be upgraded

1. Quality: - Set standards and enforcement - Set quality scheme in place - Develop an audit program - Develop a grading system

2. Health and Safety & Environmental - Continue to run program yearly - Upgrade the program - Use independent auditors - Do education on SHE - Require all members to be audited - Member must achieve more than 50%
