CLC is a process based on making air bubbles in the form ofa foam and then mixing the foam into a cement / fly ashslurry The slurry is then poured into moulds Since CLCslurry. The slurry is then poured into moulds. Since CLCslurries have higher cement contents, no autoclave curing isrequired – instead, the finished product is cured like normalconcrete or Steamed Cured with low pressure to achieve earlyconcrete or Steamed Cured with low pressure to achieve earlystrength.

ALC is a process uses aluminum powder to catalyze areaction that generates hydrogen gas – bubbles formed fromg y g gthe reaction and are trapped in a lime, fly ash, gypsum andvery small percentage of cement slurry. The slurry is allowedto set and then the product is cut into panels or blocks andplaced in an RCC Chamber to cure by steam.
