SurveyYour people!

Opportunities & solveproblems
Surveys are “so yesterday” – Social Networking has changed the way we collaborate today.
Why Surveys don’t seem to work anymore.
• Response rates are always disappointing.• Long surveys help put you to sleep – often they are quit before completion.• They don’t create engagement with the subject because you are in there alone.• They are a great example of “one-way” communications.
Why Collaborations (face-to-face or virtual) are the future.
• Great participation rates – people opt-in• Very transparent – you see instantly what other participants are saying• People bounce ideas off each other and add to ideas• Deep engagement – people often check back in to see what is on the wire.• Not just two-way communications – Network communications
There are many survey tools – even monkeys have them.
There are fewer true collaboration platforms capable of collection feedback:
• Many are open and public (Twitter / Facebook / etc.)• Other’s designed for security, privacy, and flexibility
• Anonymous or For Attribution• Session Codes or Password Protections• Work on the Internet or on Intranets• Have a variety of tools (Brainstorming, Discussion, Polling, etc.)
• We use one of the market leaders to build our Feedback systems.• We use it daily and have developed many templates and custom applications.• We help other’s use this platform themselves – training & consulting.• We consult on Collaboration Strategy.
