ha$e selected and assign that indi$idual to pro$ide contract staffing ser$ices to you in accordance with the Client #er$ices

Agreement &op /chelon will +ecome the candidates employer and will +e responsi+le for all aspects of his or heremployment, including payment of all wages and +enefits due to the contract employee, as well as withholding and payment
