True Heritage Brew – Singapore Sling• Challenges faced was sedimentation of the pineapple juice,

discolouration of the drink due to prolonged storage and undesirable interactions between the juice and alcohol components

• Through application of novel ingredients and processing, the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Singapore Sling was accomplished in 2008

• The drink made its phenomenal debut at the inaugural Singapore Formula 1 to great accolades and also made presence at several major international food exhibitions
