Determine the troponin I levels at the time of delivery in pregnant woman with and without preeclampsia.MethodsObtaining the blood samples at the time of admission to delivery from patients with and without preeclampsia (study november 2003 until march 2005)

Diagnosis preeclampsia standart criteria as outlined in the technical bulletin from the american collage of Obstetri and Gynecology on hypertension pregnancy.
