INSTRUCTIONS1. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of a breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety

you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniels (Black, ASCOB, Parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in.; over 13 in. but not exceeding15 in.), Dachshunds (Longhaired, Smooth, Wirehaired), Bull Terriers (Colored, White), Manchester Terriers (Standard, Toy), Chihuahuas(Smooth Coat, Long Coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (Toy, Miniature,Standard), Collies (Rough, Smooth).

2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed Competition: Dogs that are Champions of Recordand dogs which, according to their owner's records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championshipsare unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is Limited to a period of 90 days from thedate of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship.

3. (Dog Show Class) Consult the classification in this premium list, if the dog show class in which you are entering your dog is divided,then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., agedivision, color division, weight division.

4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for a show closed. If a registered doghas been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any show for which entries closed after thedate of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recordedin his name. State on the entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to A.K.C. (For complete rule refer to Chapter14, Section 3.).

JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible forthe presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The Show-giving club andthe Superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewardsor runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.ALL CREDIT CARD ENTRIES, REGARDLESS OF METHOD SUBMITTED will be processed through the Fax Programand will be charged a $4.00 per dog per show processing fee.ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in theexercising ring.EXHIBITORS AND HANDLERS will be held responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates and vehicles.THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors,but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs orexhibitors participating in this show.The Club may CANCEL the event due to extreme weather conditions.No Parking on show grounds unless permission is granted by Show Chairperson.To find out about any AKC event cancellations call the AKC Event Cancellation Hotline 877-252-3229.Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and externalparasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations.
