Ú NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS ÚCLOSING DATE for entries 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, APRIL 11, 2018 (at Show Superintendent's Office) after which

entries cannot be accepted, cancelled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the DogShow Rules. See Page 4 for entry fees.

A RECORDING FEE OF $.50 & a $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee and $3.00 for Rally AKC Event Service Feewill be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test.This Recording Fee is to be collected by the Show-giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dogis entered in more than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only.(American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2).

RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Show Superintendent will add a $20.00 fee to theamount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their beingput on a CASH ONLY basis.

TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE and UNSIGNED ENTRIES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS AND PHOTOCOPIES OF ENTRY FORMS without the Agreement

MAKE ALL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO J.R.D.S., LTD. Please mail checks or money orderswith entries. Show Superintendent assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail.

CREDIT CARD ENTRIES, REGARDLESS OF METHOD SUBMITTED, will be processed through the Fax programand will be charged a $4.00 per dog per show convenience fee.

CANADIAN EXHIBITORS make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS.NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE AND NO ENTRY SHALL BE ACCEPTED WHICH SPECIFIES ANY CONDITIONS

AS TO ITS ACCEPTANCE.ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge,

or barred from competition by action of Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other actsbeyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry feewill be made.

ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may makesuch errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the publishedclosing date.

NO REFUND FOR DUPLICATE ENTRIES. We will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if a dog hasbeen processed, no refund will be made.

CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING.DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging

will be excused.JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are respon-sible

for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-givingclub and the Show Superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a publicaddress system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into thering when required.

ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in theexercise pens.

CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be madein the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the show Superintendent to be advised at once. TheShow Superintendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of thebreed is over.

THERE SHALL BE NO drilling nor intensive or corrective training of dogs on the show grounds or premises.EXHIBITORS SHOULD FOLLOW THEIR VETERINARIAN'S RECOMMENDATION to assure their dogs are free

of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.The Colonial Rottweiler Club RESERVES the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ALL TROPHIES

AND PRIZES must be claimed the day of the show. None will be mailed or otherwise distributed.THE WELFARE OF AN EXHIBITOR'S CHILD OR AN ATTENDEE'S CHILD is assumed to be the responsibility

of the exhibitor or attendee. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors and attendees will exercise control andrestraint over their children on the days of the show.

ALL PERSONS ATTENDING THESE DOG SHOWS hereby waive any claim for damages against the ColonialRottweiler Club, its members or agents, in the event a motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog fromoverheating or suffocation due to improper ventilation.

To find out about any AKC event cancellations call the AKC Event Cancellation Hotline 877-252-3229.Effective May 1, 2006 an administrative fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled priorto the closing of entries.

The showingof dogs whose Championships are unconfired is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the showwhere a dog completed the requirements for a Championship according to the Owner's Records.

Non-Regular Classes (Involving Multiple Dog Entires)

Stud Dog Class - For Stud Dog and two of their Get. Stud Dog must be entered in the Stud Dog Class andmust be shown in the ring with their Get. The Owner of the Stud Dog need not necessarily be the ownerof the Get. While the merits of the Stud Dog are not to be considered in the placement of the entry, theStud Dog must be examined to determine if it has a condition that would require its disqualification orexcusal under the Dog Show Rules, AKC Policy, or the standard for its breed. Get must be entered ina regular class, Best of Breed Competition or some other non-regular class.

Brood Bitch Class - For Brood Bitch and two of their Produce. Brood Bitch must be entered in the BroodBitch Class and must be shown in the ring with their Produce. The Owner of the Brood Bitch need notnecessarily be the owner of the Produce. While the merits of the Brood Bitch are not to be consideredin the placement of the entry, the Brood Bitch must be examined to determine if it has a condition thatwould require its disqualification or excusal under the Dog Show Rules, AKC Policy, or the standard forits breed. Get must be entered in a regular class, Best of Breed Competition or some other non-regularclass.

NOTE: As the judge's decision in the Stud Dog or Brood Bitch Class is based on the merits of more thanone dog/bitch, no one of the dogs/bitches making up the entry judged first in these classes will be eligibleto compete for Best of Breed by virtue of having won this class.

BEGINNER PUPPY SPECIAL ATTRACTION (4-6 MONTH OF AGE)AKC Sanctioned Beginner Puppy Competition - Judge: Mrs. Sharon Marples

The American Kennel Club has designed the Beginner Puppy Special Attraction to be anopportunity for puppies to interact with people and other dogs under a puppy friendly judgeand show ring. New pure-bred puppy owners are encouraged to enter to explore competingin AKC Events. One combined class, not divided by sex, will be offered for Rottweilers thatare four months and under six months on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. An AKC registrationnumber or litter number will be required.Dogs are required to be vaccinated (including rabies) in accordance wsith their veterinarian'sprotocol.

AKC Rules Applying to Dog Dealing with Misconduct will be applicable to any person anddog entered at this competition. All applicable rules found in Rules Applying to Dog Showswill govern the conduct of this competition unless these regulations state otherwise.

Exhibitors should plan on opening the mouth of their puppy for the judges. Breed standarddisqualifications such as color, height, weight or dentition shall not be a point of considerationin the judging process for this 4-6 month Puppy Special Attraction event.

Professional Handlers are not allowed to exhibit in this competition. Professional handlersare defined as any person who belongs or has belonged to a professional handlers' organization,distributed rate cards or otherwise advertised or represented themselves as handling dogsfor pay.

Entry Fee: $25.00 (including AKC recording fee of $2.00 for each dog. These fees are paidto the American Kennel Club.) Entries will close on Wednesday, Noon, April 11, 2018 at RauDog Show office.

(Dog Show Class) Consult the classification in this premium list, if the dog show class in which you are entering your dog is divided,then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., agedivision, color division, weight division.

4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for a show closed. If a registered doghas been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any show for which entries closed after thedate of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recordedin his name. State on the entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to A.K.C. (For complete rule refer to Chapter14, Section 3.).
