1. Only purchases of the listed models made from 10 July to 30 August 2015 (both dates inclusive) from any of the authorised dealers will qualify for redemption of premium gifts.

2. All redemptions are to be made at Panasonic Customer Care Centre, 202 Bedok South Avenue 1, Singapore 469332. Operation Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 6:45pm, Saturdays: 9:00am to 1:45pm, (Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays).

3. Premium gifts are to be redeemed from 20 July to 30 September 2015 (No redemption will be entertained thereafter).

4. To redeem, customers MUST present the following documents: [a] Original tax invoice (Full amount paid), [b] Full warranty card (Both consumer & application portion), [c] NRIC/FIN, [d] Original Hire-Purchase documents (if applicable).

5. An Authorisation Letter and a copy of the owner’s NRIC must be produced in the event that the owner is not present at the time of redemption.

6. Redemptions will not be entertained should customers fail to present any of the above required documents.

7. Premium gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other gifts and are on a “while-stocks-last” basis.

8. Panasonic Singapore reserves the rights to substitute the premium gifts with alternatives without any prior notice.

9. All premium gifts are NOT entitled to extended warranty.

10. Non-compliance of the terms and conditions of the redemption may result in forfeiture.
