Digi-Star and RDS Technology deliver full system solutions for nutrient application, planting, seeding, harvest, baling, feeding and on-board weighing applications. In addition to providing accurate durable measurement hardware, they have developed robust control systems and data management software. Each product is designed and tested to work daily on field and farm. Data generated can easily be transferred to a user’s computer for efficiency, productivity and management purposes.

SPREADING & FERTILISING

RDS Technology and Digi-Star offer accurate, fast responding and user- friendly regulation and monitoring for manure and trailed belt spreaders.

The iSOCAN APOLLO controls the floor conveyor speed of the spreader proportional to forward speed. Dynamic calibration from on-board load cells enables the system to maintain accuracy irrespective of product density changes. User-friendly and highly accurate, the iSOCAN APOLLO has 2x camera inputs along with GPS Guidance and VRA capabilities. Available also in ISOBUS-compatible version.

The M-SPREAD is a simple solution providing basic electro-hydraulic control of a manure spreader i.e. floor speed control, slurry gate up/down etc. Additional sensors enable operational information to be viewed such as area covered, distance travelled, job duration. Export to USB option. System can interface with Epsilon sensors for a static weighing feature to bring further data to the operator i.e. average tonnes/ha, tonnes spread etc.

The new iSOCAN ATHENE provides a clear and ergonomic user interface. Load cells on the machine constantly measure the weight of product in the spreader and the floor speed is continuously adjusted to achieve the correct target application rate. The ATHENE system quickly reacts to changes in product characteristics or spreading conditions without having to adjust or calibrate the machine. Other important spreader functions such as spinner speed can also be monitored, with warnings being triggered if they are not operating correctly. For machines without load cells the system can still be used as a rate controller, either by using a known product density or selecting the product from a pre-defined list.

ÉPANDAGE ET FERTILISATION

RDS Technology et Digi-Star offrent un contrôle et un suivi précis, réactif et convivial pour les épandeurs à fumier et épandeurs tractés.

Le système iSOCAN APOLLO contrôle la vitesse du convoyeur de l’épandeur proportionnellement à la vitesse d’avancée. L’étalonnage dynamique via les capteurs de pesée intégrés permet au système de maintenir avec précision la dose prescrite indépendamment des changements de densité du produit. Convivial et ultra précis, le système iSOCAN APOLLO est équipé de deux entrées caméra, d’un guidage GPS et de capacités de modulation de dose. Également disponible en version compatible ISOBUS.

Le M-SPREAD est une solution simple proposant également le pilotage des fonctions électrohydrauliques de l’épandeur, c’est à dire contrôle de la vitesse du tapis, ouverture/fermeture de la porte guillotine, etc. Les capteurs supplémentaires permettent de collecter les informations de chantier comme la superficie couverte, la distance parcourue, la durée d’épandage. Transfert des données sur clé USB. Le système peut être interfacé avec des capteurs Epsilon pour une fonctionnalité de pesée statique offrant à l’opérateur des informations supplémentaires telles que la dose moyenne épandue (tonnes/ha), la quantité épandue, etc.

Le nouvel iSOCAN ATHENE offre une interface utilisateur claire et ergonomique. Les capteurs de pesée de la machine mesurent constamment le poids du produit dans l’épandeur et la vitesse du tapis est constamment ajustée afin d’obtenir le taux d’application désiré. Le système ATHENE réagit rapidement aux modifications des caractéristiques du produit ou des conditions d’épandage, sans qu’il soit nécessaire d’ajuster ou d’étalonner la machine. Il est possible de suivre d’autres fonctions importantes de l’épandeur comme la vitesse des disques/hérissons, des alertes se déclenchant en cas de dysfonctionnement. Dans le

cas de machines sans capteur de pesée, le système peut toujours être utilisé comme contrôleur de débit, soit par utilisation d’une densité connue de produit, soit par la sélection du produit à partir d’une liste prédéfinie..

iSOCAN APOLLO regelt die Kratzbodengeschwindigkeit des Miststreuers proportional zur Fahrgeschwindigkeit. Durch die dynamische Kalibrierung der Bordwägezellen arbeitet das System unabhängig von der Produktdichte immer sehr genau. Das anwenderfreundliche, hochpräzise iSOCAN APOLLO-System hat zwei Kameraeingänge, ist GPS-fähig und kann variable Ausbringmengen steuern. Auch mit ISO-Bus-Kompatibilität erhältlich.

M-SPREAD ist eine simple Lösung für die einfache elektrohydraulische Steuerung von Miststreuern (Kratzbodengeschwindigkeit, Dosierschieber usw.). Dank zusätzlicher Sensoren zeigt das System Betriebsdaten wie bearbeitete Fläche, zurückgelegte Strecke oder Einsatzdauer an. Die Daten können auf einen USB-Stick exportiert werden. Außerdem ist das System mit Epsilon-Sensoren kompatibel und unterstützt eine statische Wiegefunktion, die dem Anwender zusätzliche Daten zu mittlerem Austrag pro Fläche, bisheriger Austragsmenge usw. liefert.

iSOCAN ATHENE hat eine übersichtliche, ergonomisch gestaltete Bedienoberfläche. Die Wägezellen an der Maschine messen kontinuierlich das Produktgewicht im Miststreuer, und die Kratzbodengeschwindigkeit wird ständig angepasst, um die angestrebte Ausbringmenge einzuhalten. ATHENE reagiert rasch auf Änderungen in den Produkteigenschaften und Einsatzbedingungen, ohne dass die Maschine manuell kalibriert oder nachgestellt werden muss. Auch andere wichtige Funktionen wie die Streutellerdrehzahl können überwacht werden. Im Falle einer Funktionsstörung löst das System einen Alarm aus. Bei Maschinen ohne Wägezellen kann das System trotzdem als Mengensteuerung genutzt werden. Dazu muss entweder die Produktdichte bekannt sein, oder das jeweilige Produkt wird aus einer vordefinierten Liste gewählt.

In response to increasing adoption of variable rate technology and requirement for control of multiple products, RDS has developed a multi-channel electric drive system (ARTEMIS) providing the control and monitoring requirements of the modern seed drill.

With ARTEMIS the traditional land wheel drive is replaced with an electric motor drive and a sophisticated ECU to maintain proportional to forward speed control and provide variable rate functionality.

The iSOCAN Artemis is a multi-channel electric drive system which provides the normal monitoring/control

functions a modern seed drill requires. Software is configurable to control up to 4 products/

motors and also has the option of integrated blockage monitoring of air hoses. Like all other

iSOCAN systems, it has Precision Farming functionality and Guidance/ Section Control capability. The system is

also available to function with ISOBUS UTs.

Also available to OEMs and end users is the PSi Artemis which can control up to 2 channels. Like iSOCAN, the Psi also has Precision Farming functionality.

Artemis Lite is a more cost-effective electric drive solution for single product/ channel drills for those who require a simple and manual variable rate facility.

RDS also has a range of basic monitors for drill control/ monitoring functionality.

Face à l’adoption croissante de la modulation de dose et à la nécessité de contrôler plusieurs produits, RDS a mis au point un système d’entraînement électrique multicanaux (ARTEMIS) pour le contrôle et le pilotage des semoirs modernes.

Avec ARTEMIS, la roue porteuse à entraînement mécanique est remplacée par un moteur électrique et un DPA offrant une fonctionnalité de modulation de dose.

iSOCAN Artemis est un système à entraînement électrique multicanaux offrant toutes les fonctions de suivi et de contrôle nécessaires à un semoir moderne. Le logiciel peut être configuré pour contrôler jusqu’à 4 produits/moteurs. Il offre également des fonctionnalités

de contrôle de bouchage. Comme tous les autres systèmes iSOCAN il est doté des fonctionnalités Agriculture de Précision,

Guidage et coupure de contrôle du tronçon. Le système est également disponible pour un

fonctionnement via un Terminal Universel ISOBUS.

PSi Artemis pouvant contrôler jusqu’à deux canaux est également proposé aux OEM et aux utilisateurs finaux. Comme iSOCAN, Psi est également doté de la fonctionnalité Agriculture de Précision.

Artemis Lite est une solution d’entraînement électrique moins onéreuse pour les semoirs à produit/canal unique destinée aux exploitants ayant besoin d’un équipement de modulation de dose manuel.

The WEIGHLOG a10 is an advanced on-board weighing system for compact and smaller loaders. It incorporates the latest colour touchscreen technology providing a user-friendly on-board weighing system that can be used for trailer and hopper loading, batch blending or check weighing.

LIFTLOG 1000 is a cost effective weighing system with 0.5% accuracy, designed specifically for forklift trucks operating in the fastest despatch yard or warehouse loading environments.

Weighing on the forklift removes the need to travel to a static floor scale often remotely located from the stock location or loading bay.

RDS Technology offers on-board weighing systems for all types of agricultural loaders.

The RDS LOADMASTER a100 is an all new CAN-based system designed for wheeled loaders, setting a benchmark for the industry, combining cutting edge sensor technology and signal processing techniques and providing precise and consistent weight information.

With the ever increasing focus on productivity, LOADMASTER a100 has been designed to operate within the fastest loading environments and toughest of conditions compensating for uneven, sloped ground and restricted loading areas reducing cycle times and maximising tons per hour performance.

Loading correctly first time eradicates return trips to the stockpile reducing vehicle movement, fuel usage and machine and tyre wear.

iSOSYNC enables cost effective two-way remote communication with a central computer for the transfer of job data.

The system can be one or two-way and is designed to operate fully automatically and without changing the loading routine for the mobile operator.

Job instructions are sent direct to the loader operator.

After each vehicle is loaded and the ‘Clear’ button pressed to reset the instrument, the loading record is transmitted back to the central computer and can be logged into the load management software.

iSOSYNC can be remotely accessed utilising standard query language (SQL), acting as a bridge module between the on-board weighing system and a customer’s existing load management software package.

ON-BOARD WEIGHINGThe advantages of on-board weighing include:

Traceability, e.g. nitrate application recording loads in the instruments’ product stores, time and date stamped. Weighing each load of muck and lime builds field profiles and makes record-keeping simpler, particularly with organic systems.

On-board weighing ensures trucks or trailers are loaded correctly - neither under or overloaded.

This ensures you cross the weighbridge or truck scale first time with no return trips to the stockpile for product to be added or removed to keep you road-legal.

Check weighing bales - both round or square as they come off the field and again at feeding, indicates how dry matter levels have changed during storage and the mass of each bale.

Accurately portioning-out clamp grass silage – taking shear grab bites down the clamp profile reveals weight discrepanices, removing guesswork.

Le WEIGHLOG a10 est un système de pesée embarquée sophistiqué pour les chargeuses compactes ou de plus petite taille. Il est équipé de la toute dernière technologie d’écran tactile en couleur. C’est un système de pesée embarqué convivial pouvant être utilisé pour le chargement de remorque ou de trémie, le mélange de rations ou le contrôle de pesée de marchandises

LIFTLOG 1000 est un système de pesée économique offrant une précision de 0,5 %. Il a été spécialement conçu pour les chariots élévateurs fonctionnant dans les entrepôts d’expédition ou les entrepôts de chargement les plus exigeants.

Avec une pesée au niveau du chariot élévateur il n’est plus nécessaire de se rendre à une balance statique, bien souvent située loin du magasin ou du quai de chargement.

Le RDS LOADMASTER a100 est un tout nouveau système CAN conçu pour les chargeuses sur pneus, établissant une nouvelle norme dans le secteur. Il associe une technologie de capteurs à la pointe du progrès et des techniques de traitement des signaux, pour fournir des informations de poids précises et cohérentes.

L’accent étant de plus en plus mis sur la productivité, LOADMASTER a100 a été conçu pour fonctionner dans les environnements de chargement les plus rapides et les conditions les plus rudes, avec une compensation lorsque les sols sont irréguliers ou pentus et les zones de chargement restreintes, permettant de réduire la durée des cycles et d’optimiser la performance de rendement en tonnes par heure.

Un chargement correct dès le début permet de limiter les trajets jusqu’à la réserve et donc de réduire les déplacements des véhicules, la consommation de carburant ainsi que l’usure de la machine et des pneus.

iSOSYNC assure une communication bilatérale à distance peu onéreuse avec un ordinateur central, pour le transfert des informations des tâches.

Le système peut être uni- ou bidirectionnel. Il est conçu pour fonctionner de manière entièrement automatique et sans avoir à modifier le programme de chargement de l’opérateur mobile.

Les instructions de la tâche sont envoyées directement à l’opérateur de la chargeuse.

Une fois tous les véhicules chargés et après que l’opérateur ait appuyé sur le bouton « Clear » pour réinitialiser l’instrument, le dossier de chargement est retransmis à l’ordinateur central et peut être enregistré dans le logiciel de gestion des charges.

Il est possible d’accéder à distance à iSOSYNC en utilisant le langage SQL (langage d’interrogation standard), qui fonctionne comme module de liaison entre le système de pesée embarquée et la suite logicielle de gestion des charges du client.

LIFTLOG 1000 ist ein kostengünstiges Wägesystem mit 0,5 % Genauigkeit. Es wurde speziell für Gabelstapler in schnelllebigen Lagerumgebungen entwickelt. Gabelstapler mit Bordwägesystem müssen keine ortsfeste Bodenwaage anfahren, die oft weiter von Lager oder Laderampe entfernt ist.

Angesichts der steigenden Bedeutung der Schlagkraft bei technischen Systemen wurde LOADMASTER a100 für extrem schnelle Ladespiele und härteste Bedingungen entwickelt. Er kommt mit unebenem Gelände, Hanglagen und beengten Platzverhältnissen zurecht, verkürzt die Ladezeiten und erreicht dabei höchste Stundenleistungen.

Wer von Anfang an richtig belädt, spart sich mühsame Wiederholungsfahrten zum Silo. Das verringert den Verkehr, senkt den Dieselverbrauch und schont Maschinen und Reifen.

Das kostengünstige iSOSYNC-System ermöglicht den wechselseitigen Austausch von Auftragsdaten mit einem zentralen Computer. Es kann die Daten auch einseitig übertragen, arbeitet vollautomatisch und verlangt vom Laderführer keine Anpassung des Ladespiels. Die Arbeitsanweisungen werden direkt an den Laderführer gesendet. Nach dem Beladen des Fahrzeugs drückt der Laderführer zum Zurücksetzen des Geräts die Löschtaste. Dadurch werden die Ladedaten an den zentralen Computer gesendet und können in der Belademanagement-Software gespeichert werden. iSOSYNC ermöglicht den Remote-Zugriff mit der Datenbanksprache SQL und dient als Brückenmodul zwischen dem Bordwägesystem und der kundenseitigen Belademanagement-Software.

The Ceres 8000i is a yield monitoring instrument that enables you to see and map your yield as you cut. It is a dynamically accurate, continuous crop yield measurement system which can be easily installed onto virtually any combine. The monitor head unit can also be easily transferred between different machines. You will require a suitable DGPS receiver and a ‘Data Logging module’ to go yield mapping.

The COMBINE MOISTURE METER 100 is an easy-to-use moisture meter for combines that gives the operator a continuous and dynamic display of grain moisture. Both Ceres and Combine Moisture Meter can be retrofitted on all types of combine, new or used, and are suitable for all combinable crops, including grass seed and oilseeds.

TMR Tracker™ is a multi-featured Windows® based system that provides livestock farmers with a total solution to manage feed cost, promote efficiency and improve production. Feed ingredients, recipes, production groups and feed mixer information are entered using the PC. DataLink® (wireless) or a USB-stick is used to send information to the indicator in the cabin or on the feed mixer. This displays the ingredient to be fed, its weight, mixing time, as well as the corresponding group information. During feeding the actual weights loaded and fed are saved and sent back to the PC.

Cab Control™ is a wireless remote display and control system installed in the loader cab, that works seamlessly with the mixer scale indicator. There is no need to leave the loader cab during loading. You can view Recipe, Resize, and more and control the standard scale functions. The system gives direct access to basic loading settings, loaded weights and ingredients. It allows resizing of head numbers or total weights and it is easy to navigate through the rations. The resistive touch screen technology allows users to operate it with gloves on.

TMR Tracker™ can be used in different farm applications:

The TMR Tracker™ Dairy version contains special functions for the dairy farmer to monitor and control the feeding process, for example measurement of the dry matter efficiency. It is possible to measure the yields of milk in kg versus the fed ingredients in kg, per group or per cow.

Beef Tracker™ is a specialized version of the feed management software for beef cattle farms. It allows you to track cattle by lot, create data reports for ADG (average daily gain) and feed cost per kg of gain, make Dry Matter conversions and closeout summary reports. The TMR Tracker™ Contractor version is developed for the independent contractor to be able to manage and control the feed process for multiple customers. The workflow becomes easier to control because time and tonnage is tracked. Billing per customer per minute or tons fed becomes easy.

Beef Tracker™ est une version spécialisée du logiciel de gestion de l’alimentation. Il vous permet de suivre vos bovins par lot, de créer des rapports concernant le GQM (gain quotidien moyen) et les coûts de l’alimentation par kg de gain, de convertir la matière sèche et de consulter des rapports succincts définitifs. La version Entrepreneurs et CUMA est développée afin de gérer et contrôler le processus d’alimentation pour de multiples clients. Le flux de travail est plus facile à contrôler grâce au suivi des horaires et des tonnages. Il est alors très simple de facturer le client par minute ou par tonne d’alimentation.

Das System ermöglicht den direkten Zugriff auf die wichtigsten Beladungseinstellungen, die geladenen Gewichte und die Futterkomponenten. Herdenzahlen oder Gesamtgewichte können angepasst werden. Beef Tracker™ ist eine spezialisierte Version der Fütterungssoftware für Fleischrindbetriebe. Beef Tracker™ kann die Tiere nach Gruppen registrieren und Datenberichte zu durchschnittlicher Lebendmassezunahme pro Tag sowie Fütterungskosten pro kg Gewichtszunahme erstellen, aus denen sich Trockensubstanzaufwand und Abschlussberichte ermitteln lassen.
