3. The Logo sticker on the bottle was skew in 30% of selected samples. It was confirmed by client.

4. All gift boxes were not sealed well inside the carton and it was confirmed by client. Please refer to below photo for details.

5. For plastic bottle water leakage test, as client's requirement, the bottle was filled in max water level and horizontal placed for 10mins and the result was OK.

6. No silica gel including in the package.

7. When the inspector left the factory, the factory had not started re-packing the inspected samples. Only one carton was re-packed for reference.

8. The factory was requested to repair, replace the defective products our inspector found during the inspection.
