Pre Requisite for using CHILLR Customer who wishes to use Chillr should have a valid MMID and MPIN. MMID and MPIN are part of NUUP services which can be accessed by dialing *99#. Please note that the services of *99# (NUUP,USSD services) are free till 31st December 2016, post which it will be charged at Rs. 0.50 per session. Pre Requisite for using CHILLR

Customer who wishes to use Chillr should have a valid MMID and MPIN. MMID

and MPIN are part of NUUP services which can be accessed by dialing *99#.

Please note that the services of *99# (NUUP,USSD services) are free till 31st

MMID retrieval for existing customers (customers already registered)

Customers whose mobile number is already registered with us, the MMID exists and

can be retrieved whenever required. The process to retrieve the MMID is as below:

Dial *99#

The below prompt is displayed upon dialing * 99#.

Enter the bank short name BOI

In the next screen select the option 6 (SHOW MMID)

The below message is prompted if the user is already registered. Your MMID allotted for A/c No XXXXXXXXXXX1234 is 98765432.You can send and receive money through IMPS option in Mobile Banking. TX ID is 999988887777.

If you have multiple account with our Bank, more than one MMID will be displayed

along with your account number, please keep note of the MMID which you wish to

link with Chillr application

Enrolling for USSD – Generation of new MMID for first time users Customers who are not registered for mobile banking first have to get themselves

registered.

You can register for USSD services through below channels:

SMS

Internet Banking

By visiting Branch

Through SMS

Registration can be done by sending SMS Activation can be done through Internet Banking or by visiting Branch

Registration

Type IMPSREG CUSTID (Eg: IMPSREG 123456789) and send it to 09212304242. (CUST ID is a 9 digit number provided by Bank at the time of account opening and the same is printed on passbook).

You will receive an SMS informing you that the enrollment request has been accepted. Activation Once you receive the SMS, the next step is to activate the facility through Internet Banking using the following steps -

REQUESTS --- USSD(NUUP) Requests --- Activate USSD based mobile banking facility – Those users who have enrolled for the facility through SMS channel. (This is only if the user has enrolled for the facility through SMS channel)

Through Internet Banking:

1. The customer has to Login to Bank of India Internet Banking. 2. After successful login the customer has to follow the steps below -

Click on REQUESTS --- USSD(NUUP) Requests --- Enroll for USSD based Mobile Banking facility

This option would allow Retail Internet Banking users to enroll themselves for USSD (NUUP).

Once the registration is successful the customers will then receive the registration information along with MMID and MPIN on their registered Mobile Number.

MMID (Mobile Money identifier) is a 7 digit number associated with an account maintained with Bank.

MMIDs of all accounts linked to registered customer id of user would be communicated to customer via SMS.

MMID generated for accounts are permanent and cannot be changed at any point of

time.

By Visiting Branch:

Customer can register for USSD also by visiting Bank of India branch.

Once branches place request for Mobile Banking, the system would process this request and send a confirmation message on registered mobile number having their MMID & MPIN details.

The information will be communicated to the customer once everything is processed from Bank ‘s end.

MMID (Mobile Money identifier) is a 7 digit number associated with an account maintained with Bank.

MMIDs of all accounts linked to registered customer id of user would be communicated to customer via SMS.

MMID generated for accounts are permanent and cannot be changed at any point of

time.

The MPIN received by you will be a dynamic MPIN and will be valid only for 24 hours.

During this 24 hours duration you are required to change the MPIN (through USSD or

Chillr, process detailed below).

In case the you do not use this dynamic MPIN within 24 hours, you are required to

request for re-generation of MPIN (through USSD or Internet Banking, process detailed

below)

Generation/Regeneration of MPIN through different channels: Once the customer is registered for USSD based mobile banking, a dynamic MPIN would be communicated to him via SMS. Incase the customer doesn’t make use of the MPIN received over SMS within 24 hrs, it will get expired. He can request for a fresh MPIN either through USSD channel or Internet Banking.

Through USSD channel using *99#

The MPIN can be regenerated by the following the below steps:

STEP 1: Dial *99# In the below type BOI in the space and click on “Send” button.

STEP 2 : Select option 7 (MPIN) and click on “Send”.

STEP 3 : Select option 1 (Generate MPIN) and click on “Send”.

STEP 4 : Enter the information in requested format (example 123456 0922)

STEP 5 : Enter the MPIN which you want to set in the requested format (example 9876 9876).

Upon successful generation of MPIN the below message is displayed

Through Internet Banking

Through Internet Banking, customers can reset their MPIN by the following steps:

Click on REQUESTS --- USSD (NUUP) Requests --- Regenerate MPIN for USSD

based Mobile Banking facility

Once the request is successfully accepted the below message is prompted:

1. Change of MPIN through USSD channel using *99#

The existing MPIN can be changed by the following process.

STEP 1: Dial *99#

The below message will be prompted. Type BOI in the space provided.

Chillr

Chillr is India’s first multi-bank mobile banking app. Chillr users can send and receive money instantly, recharge Mobile Number, DTH, Data Card, pay Utility bills, etc. Steps to Register Having generated MMID and MPIN, users can register on Chillr in 4 simple steps: Step 1: Enter your mobile number and click ‘Next’ Step 2: OTP will be auto filled & user will be redirected to User details page Step 3: Fill Name & Email ID, if not auto filled on User details page, click ‘Next’ Step 4: Select Bank of India from the list of banks

Multiple Account: Registration: Bank Account connected during registration becomes your primary bank account in Chillr. However, users can change it later post registration completion.

Adding more banks: Immediately after registration, bank container fragment contains two cards.

1. Card for bank which was selected during registration 2. Card for <adding a bank> and <managing banks accounts>

Alternatively, you can go to Settings-> Manage Account. Here you can add more accounts and set custom transaction limits against each account.

Check account balance and see transaction limits Step 1: Tap the account number at left hand top corner to view balance of your account. Step 2: Press the ‘x’ button / Slide up to hide the balance Step 3: Tap the i button on the Account Balance card to see your daily transaction limit

Chillr Timeline Swipe Right to see who’s paying whom on the Chillr Timeline. Details such as amount, transaction ID, etc. of the transaction are NOT shown to your friends whatsoever. Step 1: Swipe the Home Screen right once to see the Chillr Timeline Step 2: Select ‘Friends’ at the bottom to see whom your friends are transaction Step 3: Select ‘Me’ to see your transactions Step 4: Press the Trash Bin button to delete an entry from the Timeline

Settings Swipe right twice from the Home Screen to reach the Settings page. Users can set an application lock, change their MPIN and set transaction limits among other features.

Notification Hub & in-app Chat Support Tap the Bell icon to get the latest news from Chillr Tap the chat icon to get support inside Chillr

SEND Money Users can instantly send money to any Chillr user, non-Chillr beneficiary or a Chillr Tag. Below are steps along with screenshots to explain the process. Step 1: Enter the Amount Select the Category (Optional). Select ‘Private’ if do NOT want to update your Chillr timeline Step 2: Enter your MPIN Step 3: Payment Success. Select ‘Share Receipt’ to share the transaction details with your friends

COLLECT Money Users can request money from other Chillr users using the Collect feature. A QR Code/Alpha Code is generated which the sender has to scan to complete the payment.

Step 1: Enter the amount to be collected Step 2: Generated QR/Alpha code can be scanned for payment Step 3: Select friends to Split Bills. You can choose to split Equally or Unequally Step 4: Request Success

RECHARGE Users can use Chillr to instantly pay for their Mobile (Postpaid/Prepaid), DTH, Data Cards& Billers. Users can also pay bills, load wallets, etc.
