What are the working Hours for each entity as per the policy?

Specify number of working days in a week?

Specify the daily working time for each entity

Does company maintain shifts?

Which patterns does the shift use? Weekly/ Monthly/ Rotation.

Describe the daily shifts.

How many breaks are paid and unpaid?

How does public Holidays affect on Shift planning?

What are the rules that change the daily shifts ?

 Are there any part-time employees? If so, how is the pay structure determined?

Some attendances and absences affect time accounts, such as entitlements and accruals. Are there any such

accounts if yes please provide the details?

Should the leave entitlements be determined based on employee age and service engagement with the organization?

How is the attendance/absence counted (in days and hours)? Do rounding rules apply?
