PRE-FEASIBILITY REPORT

1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

M/s Bharuch Enviro Infrastructure Limited (BEIL), a company incorporated under

companies act, 1956, is promoted by various industries in Bharuch district. The main

promoter is UPL group of companies. UPL group is involved in manufacturing

Agrochemicals, Industrial & Specialty Chemicals. A Common Hazardous Waste Treatment,

Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF) comprising Secured Landfill (SLF) and Multi Effect

Evaporations (MEE) System. MEE is under installation for which permissions have been

received in the form of EC and NOC

Dahej industrial complex is large industrial estate in Gujarat. In this industrial estate,

various types of products like Basic chemicals, specialty chemicals, bulk drugs,

Petrochemicals, electricity, Metals, dyes, and pesticides are manufactured by the industries.

Dahej Regions characterized by intense industrial activity is in need of environmental

infrastructure to treat and dispose the waste generated by industries in an eco-friendly

manner.

TSDF site, Dahej is having the capacity of 14 Lacs MT commenced operations in 29th April

2015 and till April 2016, 52740.87 MT of Solid/hazardous wastes has been disposed. The

remaining capacity of 13.479Lacs MT is equivalent to approximately 14 to 15 years land

filling at the current rate.

M/s. BEIL plans to capacity enhancement of existing secured landfill facility (SLF) and

installation of two Incinerators at Plot No. D-43, Dahej Industrial Estate, Taluka Vagra, Dist.

Bharuch, Gujarat. A team of highly qualified scientists, engineers and technicians are

engaged in this process.

Proposed Project is capacity enhancement of existing secured landfill facility (SLF)

by five lacs MTand Installation of Two Incinerators at existing Common Hazardous

Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDF).

3 Brief description of

nature of the project

As per the Hazardous Waste (Management, Handling and

Tran boundary Movement) Rules, 2016, as amended, of

Environment Protection Act, 1986, the hazardous waste

generated by industries has to be collected, transported,

treated and disposed in a properly designed TSDF Facility.

Under aforesaid Rules, CPCB guidelines have laid down a

procedure for collection, storage, transportation and

disposal of hazardous wastes. The scientific disposal of

landfillable hazardous waste can be done at a secured

landfill, which requires proper design and operation

according to existing guidelines.

The present proposal is Installation of Two Incinerators

and Capacity enhancement of existing secured landfill

facility (SLF) at existing Common Hazardous Waste

Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDF).

4 Salient Features of the Project

4.1 Proposed plant

Proposed to capacity enhancement of existing securedlandfill facility and Installation of two Incinerators.Landfill Capacity: 5 Lacs MTIncinerator I & II : 12 Million Kcal/hour each

4.2 Total Plot Area 2,85,343.76 m2

4.3 Location The project is located at 72° 35' 49.85" East

longitude&21°43' 40.42" North latitude.

4.4 Water requirement Maximum water consumption will be total 700 KL/day for

both the incinerators. Thatwill be made available from GIDC

water supply.

4.5 Source of water Supply water from GIDC

4.6 Wastewater Leachate / Effluent from landfill will be treated in our

Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) plant.

4.8 Electricity/

Power requirement

Proposed to Installation of two Incinerators at existing

TSDF site. The power requirement will be 1920 KVA. In

case of power failure, D.G. Set can be used (2 nos of 600

KVA capacity).

4.9 Alternative site The proposed project is Installation of two Incinerators at

existing TSDF site.

4.10 Land form, Land use

and land ownership

The project is proposed to be located in available land

within existing premises of TSDF located in the Industrial

area of Gujarat.

5.0 Conclusion The estimated cost of the Project is approximately Rs. 64

crores

M/s Bharuch Enviro Infrastructure Limited shall be an

important endeavor to mitigate the degradation of

environment in the region.

2 INTRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ BACKGROUND INFORMATION

BEIL is promoted, in 1997, by Industries in Bharuch District. BEIL was promoted to execute

the Secured Landfill Project in April 2015. BEIL have successfully developed the secured

landfill as per the statutory guidelines. BEIL has been getting continuous guidance and

support from various agencies like Ministry of Environment and Forests; Central Pollution

Control Board; Gujarat Pollution Control Board; Industries Commissionerate; Gujarat

Industrial Development Corporation; Dahej Industries Association and the member

industries.

M/s. Bharuch Enviro Infrastructure Ltd (BEIL) is a Common Hazardous Waste Treatment

Storage and Disposal Facility (CHWTSDF) and is being utilized by the industries of Dahej.

The facility is located in an industrial zone developed by Gujarat Industrial Development

Corporation, which has all essential facilities such as water, power, fuel, post,

telecommunication, bank, etc. It is one of the largest industrial estates of Asia

encompassing more than 1000 industries. The Dahej Industries Associations an apex and

premier body of all the industries, an association which takes care of interest of all the

industries, representing any problems, difficulties, issues &matters, with all the state

governments agencies, departments like GIDC, GPCB, GEB, Water& other agencies,

departments. Dahej industrial complex is largest industrial estate in Gujarat. In this

industrial estate various products like Basic chemicals, specialty chemicals, bulk drugs,

Petroleum, electricity, metals, dyes and intermediates, pesticides etc are manufactured by

the industries. Industrial Estate of GIDC has number of Chemicals, Pesticides,

Pharmaceuticals, Dyes, Dye Intermediates and other allied industries.

BEIL, at Dahej TSDF site has only landfill operation currently.MEE is not into operation, but

the permissions have been received in form of EC and NOC.

SLF capacity is having 14 lacs MT With the present rate of receipt of waste the existing

facility will be sufficient only approximately for 14 to 15 years. BEIL therefore is intending

to enhance the existing capacity of secured landfill facility.

The present proposal is Capacity Enhancement of Existing Secured Landfill Facility

(SLF)by 5 Lacs MT and installation of Two Incinerators capacity of 12 Million Kcal/hr

each at existing Common Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal

Facilities (TSDF).

As per the Hazardous Waste (Management, Handling and Transboundary Movement)

Rules, 2008 and its subsequent amendments of Environment Protection Act, 1986,

hazardous waste generated by industries has to be collected, transported, treated and

disposed in a properly designed TSDF Facility.

2.1 Identification of project and project proponent

Identification of Project

The Proposed project is capacity enhancement of existing secured landfill facility and

Installation of two Incinerators at existing TSDF site, falls under Category A, schedule

7(d) of the EIA notification, dated 14th Sep, 2006 and subsequent amendments dated 1st

December, 2009 & 4th April, 2011.

Project proponent

The project proponent is Mr. B. D. Dalwadi, Chief Executive Officer, Bharuch Enviro

Infrastructure Ltd (BEIL). BEIL was promoted, in 1997, by Industries located in Bharuch

District with major (UPL group of Companies). BEIL has been getting continuous guidance

and support from various agencies like Ministry of Environment and Forests; Central

Pollution Control Board; Gujarat Pollution Control Board; Industries Commissionerate;

Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation; Dahej Industries Association and the member

industries.

2.4 Demand –supply gap

Due to growth in the chemical Industries the production of hazardous waste and

incinerable waste has increased in the Dahej area. The present approval quality of secured

landfill is 14 Lakhs MT, will be excused within 14-15 years at the current rate of disposal.

Therefore, it is proposed to capacity enhancement of SLF from 14 lakhs to 19 lakhs MT

The present proposal is Installation of Two Incinerators 12 Million Kcal/h eachand capacity

enhancement of secured landfill facility at existing Common Hazardous Waste Treatment,

Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDF).All others facilities such as infrastructure, laboratory

are already available with BEIL.

2.5 Employment generation (direct and indirect) due to the project

During Construction phase the labours and workers will be hired from nearby villages.

Number of persons required during construction phase is 150 and 60 is required during

operation

3 PROJECT DESCRIPTION

3.1 Type of Project

The proposed project is capacity enhancement of existing secured landfill facility (SLF) and

Installation of two Incinerators at existing Common Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage

and Disposal Facilities (TSDF).at Plot No. D-43, Dahej Industrial Estate, Taluka Vagra, Dist.

Bharuch, Gujarat. A team of highly qualified scientists, engineers and technicians are

engaged in this process. This industrial estate accommodates various chemical and

pharmaceutical industries. The secured landfill is developed and operated as per “The

Criteria for Hazardous Waste Landfills” published by Central Pollution Control Board.

Land is already available in company premises at plot no. D-43, Dahej Industrial Estate,

Taluka Vagra, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat

Land ownership Details:

Land is already available with Bharuch Enviro infra structure limited Plot No. D-43, Dahej

Industrial Estate, Taluka Vagra, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat. Lease deed is attached an

Annexure I.

Demand for disposal of hazardous waste around the selected site :

With the present rate of receipt of waste, BEIL therefore is intending to increase the

existing capacity of secured landfill (SLF) and Common incineration System/Facility

(Installation of two Incinerators) at existing TSDF site, as per the CPCB guidelines.

Water connection is already available from GIDC water supply

All other infrastructures such as Laboratory, Water, Power and manpower are

already available.

No interstate issue is there.

Theproposed project has no alternative site and only expansion is required within the

availableland

3.4 Project Description with Process Details

The present proposal is capacity enhancement of existing secured Landfill facility (SLF) from

14 Lacs MT to 19 Lacs MT and Installation of Two Incinerators at existing Common

Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDF).

3.4.1 Operational Methodology of TSDF

This project consists ofhazardous wastes acceptance, their handling, treatment and proper

disposal in secured landfill as per CPCB guidelines, various criteria as per various guidelines

and Rules as well asprocedure which are discussed as follow;

A. Waste Acceptance Criteria

As per Hazardous Waste (Management, Handling and Trans-boundary Movement)

Rules, 2016.

At the time of taking membership, the company shall do complete analysis of solid waste

and the same sample will be preserved for further physical verification.

As the transporting vehicle arrives at BEIL, it is weighed and, samples are taken from 3

different locations and composite sample is made and analyzed for following quick

parameters:

pH

PFLT test for moisture content

TOC

Ignitability (Flammability)

Reactivity

Physical checks : Color, Odour

Only if the sample passes through above quick tests, it will be allowed to enter the

disposal site.

B. Manifest System

The TSDF is having manifest system as per Hazardous Waste (Management, Handling and

Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016; Manifests are involving six copies in different

colors. However, GPCB hasintroduced an online manifest system for waste acceptance. At

present, the online system is being followed.

C. Transportation of Hazardous Solid Waste from Generation Site to TSDF

Transportation of hazardous solid waste is done as per guidelines of CPCB. The TSDF is

having approved transporter (authorized) with dedicated vehicles (Hydraulic) for

transportation of solid waste. All the vehicles are having the nameplate with details of

company’s name, address, phone no., etc. During transportation, containers are closed from

all sides and covered from top.

D. Weighing and Sampling of Waste

As the dumper/truck enters BEIL weighbridge, samples are taken from three different

locations and a composite sample is made. Once the quick test is passed, truck is allowed to

enter the premises. If any truck does not meet the hazardous solid waste inlet specification, it

is returned back to member industry for necessary treatment.

E. Operation of TSDF dumping area

The dumper carrying the hazardous waste is first subjected to quick tests and if it is

approved by QA, the hydraulic dumpers are sent for unloading in landfill area. The operation

of land filling area is cell wise. Wherever stabilization is required, it is done in stabilization

plant.

F. Ground Water Sampling and Analysis

The TSDF has provided monitoring wells at the site for ground water monitoring. (In

upstream and at the downstream of TSDF site).The monitoring parameters are analyzed as

per the guidelines given by the CPCB. The TSDF has provided laboratory facility for analysis

of bore well water. Monitoring is done once in a month.

G. Leachate Management System

The TSDF has cell-wise leachate collection wells. Leachate is pumped from leachate wells to

tankers and is sent to MEE plantwithin premises for treatment and disposal.

The company has provided air vents at the capped portion of the land fill. The company is

carrying out regular monitoring of these vents for VOC & HC though external party.

I. Closure and post closure maintenance details for closed cells including vegetative

stabilization:

The TSDF will provide coverage system as per CPCB criteria for entire landfill. The closed

portion will be given proper landscape. BEIL has provided storage shade for hazardous

waste during monsoon period. In rainy season the main operational site is kept covered by

tarpaulin with separate rain water collection system.

J. Surface Water Drainage System

The storm water drainage system is provided at the site. The surface water generated during

raining season is collected through storm water system and after filtration, recharged to

ground water through water harvesting.

K. Site Infrastructure:

The TSDF has established administrative and site control office with latest equipment likecomputers, walkie-talkie & computerized weigh-bridge, computers, printers, fax, xeroxmachine etc.

The site is provided with a well-equipped laboratory, for sampling and analysis of solidwastes, air, leachate and observation bor-ewell water.

New additional storage sheds will be constructed for incinerable wastes.

Stabilization facility is provided for wastes that require treatment/stabilization beforedisposal in landfill.

Green belt details: In the periphery / surrounding area of TSDF, green belt will be developed.

3.4.2 INCINERATOR

M/s BEIL proposes to installation of twoCommon Incineration Systems/Facility with

capacity 12 Million Kcal/hour each at TSDF site. The incineration system is as rotary kiln

type with post combustion chamber, Waste heat recovery Boiler, quencher, dry scrubber,

bag filter, wet scrubber, ID fan. The system can treat solid wastes/liquid waste / sludge’s

generated by the industries. The Common Incinerator is able to receive all kinds of

incinerable wastes – liquid / solid / powdery / tarry / sludge etc.

At TSDF site, fugitive emission generated while spreading waste at land fill is controlledthrough water/leachate spray, in landfill facility. Leachate comes out in the form of liquidwaste and is evaporated in the MEE facility within premises for treatment and disposal.

For emission of landfill gases, vent is provided in Landfill (capped cells) and monitoring of

these vents are also carried out.

Emissions from DG set containing PM, SO2 and NOX within permissible limit will be let-out

through stack. Emission from incinerator system will be passed through the Air pollution

Control device equipped with Bag Filter & Scrubber.

Hazardous Waste

Hazardous waste generation will be Used Oil/Lubrication Oil @4 Liter/day, Used Bags @ 500

nos./day, Salt From Multistage Evaporation System @ 9000 MT/Year. Used Bags, Salt from

Multistage Evaporation System shall be sent to TSDF site within premises for final disposal.

Used Oil/Lubrication Oil will be sold to MoEF approved recycler.

Incineration Ash, Discarded containers and used oil will be generated from Common

Incineration facilities, which arehandling as per the GPCB norms.

Other facilities at site

Drum Decontamination and Tanker Washing is also proposed for which authorization from

SPCB as per Hazardous waste Rule 2016 will be obtained under consent to establish (CTE).

Multi Effect Evaporations (MEE) System. MEE is under installation for which permissions

have been received.

Steam generated from WHRB (waste heat recovery boiler) will be utilized in MEE.

Green Belt

Green belt is developed according to CPCB guidelines. Plants of the various species will be

developed in the plant and peripheral areas, and this is continuous process.

3.5 Collection and Transportation of Waste

Transportation of hazardous solid waste is done as per guidelines of CPCB. The TSDF is

having (authorized) approved transporter with dedicated vehicles (Hydraulic) for

transportation of solid waste. All the vehicles are having the nameplate with details of

company’s name, address, phone no., etc. During transportation containers are closed from

3.6 Resource optimization/Recycling and reuse

Recycling of plastic waste after decontaminationwillbe done through authorized recyclers.

3.7 Availability of water its source, Energy/Power requirement and source

The water is supplied fromGIDC, Dahej and will be used for the workers and construction

purposes. Power requirement (1920 KVA will be sourced fromexisting lineof

GujaratElectricity Board (GEB). In case of power failure, D.G. set will be used. (1 nos. capacity

600 KVA). 2 Nos D.G.Set of 600 KVA each

3.8 Quantity of wastes to be generated (liquid and solid) and scheme for their

Management / disposal

Leachate generated from the landfill is treated in MEE within premises for treatment and

disposal. The solid waste generated during wastewater treatment in MEE isdisposed to TSDF

site. Solid waste generation from Incinerator will be 100 MT/day. This will be disposed to the

Secured landfill.

4 SITE ANALYSIS

4.1 Connectivity

The site is well connected by road to neighboring city Bharuch and by rail to rest of India.

Development of Communication systems is good in the region. Sources of water in the region

include river and ground water resources. Nearest village is Dahej which is about 3.76 Km

away from the project site. Company is located near Bharuch and Vadodara which are

important commercial centers of Gujarat. The nearest railway station is Dahej railway station

about 1 km from the project site. Bharuch on broad gauge section of Western Railway Line

main at about 50 km away from the project site. M/s. BEIL is well connected from Bharuch-

Dahej highway by road transport. The project site is located about 43.7 km away from

National Highway No. 8 & 0.44 km and 33.87 km away from State Highway No 6 and 37

respectively. Nearest Airport is at Vadodara, which is located at a distance of about 75 km

from project site

4.2 Land Form, Land use and Land ownership

Bharuch district is located in the Southern part of Gujarat, near the Gulf of Khambhat in

Arabian Sea. In 1997, Bharuch district is bifurcated into two parts (1) Narmada District and

(2) Bharuch District.

The newly formed Bharuch District has 5253.30 Sq.km area and situated between 21030’ to

22000’ North Latitude and 72045’ to 73015’ East Longitude. Bharuch District is bounded by

Baroda and Anand District on the North, Narmada District on the East; Surat District is on the

South and on its west lies the Gulf of Cambay. The Eastern strip of the district is a hilly and

forest area.

Dahej is located in the Gulf of Cambay, at the junction of Guljaria and Ban Creek. It is about 45

kilometers from Bharuch. GIDC area is situated at village Dahej in the south western part of

Vagra Taluka. The study area covering GIDC lies between 72° 32' 50" to 72° 37' 40" East

longitude and 21° 40' 41" to 21° 44' 59" North latitude covered under survey of India

Toposheet no. 46 C/10. The total geographical area of the village Dahej is 30.02 sq. kms. The

Dahej village is connected by state highway Bharuch-Dahej broad gauge railway line Sammi-

Dahej.

The project is proposed to be located in available land within existing premises of TSDF

located in the Industrial area of Gujarat.

Land is already available with Bharuch Enviro infrastructure limited Plot No. D-43, Dahej

Industrial Estate, Taluka Vagra, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat. Lease deed is attached. Annexure-I

4.3 Topography

The topography of the area is mainly plain with general slop towards Northwest and West

direction.

Climate : The area having tropical climate with summer season from mid-March to mid-June

with maximum temperature up to 420, Winter season from November to February with

minimum temperature up to 12o and Monsoon season from mid-June to October. The long

term average rainfall of the Taluka is 674 mm for the period 1963 to 2010 and short term

average rainfall is 883 mm from 2002 to 2010.

Drainage: The drainage of the area is controlled mainly by Gulf of Cambay. Main rivers in

Bharuch District are Narmada, Dhadhar and Kaveri. The rivers flow throughout the year.

Geology: Geologically the area comprises of alluvial formations of recent to sub recent age.

The alluvium deposit of Sub-Recent to Recent age is observed in the area. It consists of

alternate bands of Yellowish brown clay and fine to coarse grained sand. The tertiary

formation consists of clay underlies the alluvium

4.4 Existing Land Use pattern

The land falls in the Industrial areaand the proposed expansion project is in existing site that

is earmarked for TSDF.

4.5 Existing Infrastructure

The project site is in GIDC in Dahej of Bharuch district of Gujarat and all required

infrastructures like human settlement, schools, hospitals, health care centers, fire brigade,

public transport,etc are available.

4.6 Soil Classification

Bharuch is located approximately 70 km from Vadodara, on the banks of river Narmada, and

is often referred to as Kanam Pradesh – Land of Black Soil, due to its black cotton soil.

However, it is this rich quality of this soil that has made Bharuch one of the leading

cultivators and exporters of cotton in the country today. This fact also adds up to the

ecological diversity of the district.

4.7 Climate data from secondary sources

The weather of Bharuch district is hot and dry‐starting from mid‐march till mid‐June.During

summer season weather remains hot and dry. While from mid‐June till end of September

weather remains humid and can be considered pleasant. From October‐ November weather

is bit hot. From December to February climate remains cool. The average rainfall of the

district is 964 mm.

4.8 Social Infrastructure available

Schools, colleges, hospitals & healthcare centers, shops & bazaars, community centers etc. are

all available nearby area.

5 PLANNING BRIEF

5.1 Planning concept (type of industries, facilities, transportation etc) Town and

Proposed expansion is within existing siteis locatedin the industrial areaof Dahej.

5.2 Population Projection

As of 2011 India census, Dahej is small village located in Taluka Vagra of Bharuch district,

Gujarat with total 3426 families residing. The Dahej village has population of 13495 of which

8345 are males while 5150 are females. In Dahej village population of children with age 0-6

is 1604 which makes up 11.89 % of total population of village. Average Sex Ratio of Dahej

village is 617 which is lower than Gujarat state average of 919. Child Sex Ratio for the Dahej

as per census is 910, higher than Gujarat average of 890. Dahej village has higher literacy

rate compared to Gujarat. In 2011, literacy rate of Dahej village was 83.84 % compared to

78.03 % of Gujarat. In Dahej Male literacy stands at 89.33 % while female literacy rate was

74.46 %.

5.3 Land use planning (breakup along with green belt etc.)

The open space inside the TSDFs area will suitably landscape and covered with the

vegetation of indigenous variety. Green Belt area will be developed as per the CPCB

guidelines.

5.4 Assessment of infrastructure demand (physical and the social)

The proposed project of TSDFs falls in industrial areatherefore all facilities / amenities like

medical, educational, housing, transportation, communication, shopping etc are available

nearby places. The employees make their own arrangements for transport, lodging, boarding

etc.

5.5 Amenities/Facilities

During Construction phase, the labors and workers will be hired from nearby villages

Operation phase: 15 workmen

6 PROPOSED INFRASTRUCTURE

6.1 Industrial area (processing area)

Site Infrastructure:

The TSDF site already having administrative and site control office with latest

equipment like computers, walkie‐talkie & computerized weigh‐bridge, Sampling

Stations, printers, fax, Xerox machine, etc.

The site have well‐equipped laboratory for sampling and analysis of solid wastes, air

and leachate etc.

Treatment facility in terms of MEE exists for treatment of leachate generated from

secured landfill as well as neutralization / stabilization for solid waste before disposal

in landfill.

Green belt details: In the periphery / surrounding area of TSDF, green beltwill be

developed.

It is an expansion project, so no new connection is required as we are already having

Electricity supply

Water facility is already available from GIDC.

6.2 Residential Area (non- Processing area)

The employees will make their own arrangements for their housing & allied amenities in

nearby area. There is no need for any additional facilities.

6.3 Green Belt

The main objective of the green belt is to provide a barrier between the plant and

surroundings areas. Total 2, 85,343.76 sq. meters land area is available at site; out of this

area about 52,500 sq. meters (18.4 %) area is considered as greenbelt and other forms of

premises at appropriate places in the nearby area

Additional domestic waste load from the proposed expansionfacility will be treated in the

existing TSDF.

Leachate will be pumped from leachate wells by pipeline and is sent to MEE within premises

for treatment and disposal.

6.9 Solid Waste Management

Solid waste generated during the wastewater treatment process is mainly sludge which will

9 ANALYSIS OF PROPOSAL (FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS)

The Proposed project is for Installation of two Incinerators at existing TSDF sitefor treatment

of Hazardous waste, generated from a number of industrial units is to reduce adverse effects

that this waste may pose. The concept of Common TSDFhas been introduced asper provision

ofHazardous Waste (Management and Handling) Rules 1989, as repealed and amended.

Establishing of common facility also reduces pressure on regulatory agencies for compliance

monitoring.

We further commit to ensure the compliances as follows:

A. We commit to take care of waste gases, waste water, noise and solid waste as per

guidelines of MOEF, CPCB and GPCB.

B. We commit to additionally expand and develop green area inside the factory

premises.

C. We commit to encourage water conservation through water re-use and re-cycling.

D. We commit to provide qualified safety officer to build an emergency preparedness

and to implement suitable measures to prevent and control an accident hazard.

E. We commit to organize frequent mock drill exercises to check the preparedness

towards emergency.

F. We commit to monitor the emitting gasses from the stack through online stack

monitoring system and also to make available the information on the server installed

in CPCB and GPCB.

G. We commit to comply to the various regulations issued by MOEF, CPCB and GPCB in

respect of collection, Transportation, Storage and Disposal by incineration of

hazardous waste and finally to dispose the ash to SLF.
