doorframe however this is not uncommon and there are scuffs at low level to the walls. These mayclean off or easily paint over. The carpet looks in general condition n with just normal signs of wearand tear.One area of damage is a the bottom of the stairs with three dents in the plasterboard. These willneed filling and repainting.
