According to my observation and my experience of working for creating new bookings of the company, I would indicate about the number of clients using company’s services and products in the present time which is over 100,000 because the company is growing up very quickly with its high- standard of services, the service –minded of staff to provide the professional services to exceed clients’ expectations as well as the company’s intention to give good things back to community, environment and society.
For the competitors are Inbound Tour Operator Company and Outbound Tour Operator Company.

- My position is Student Trainee of Inbound Reservation 4 (English Speaking Guide and Asian Market). - My Job Supervisor is Mr. Krit Nipamanee and his position is Senior Reservation Supervisor.

My Pre – Internship period started from 2
nd April 2012 to 25 th May 2012. I worked every day from Monday – Friday except weekend from 8. 30 a.m. to 17 .30 p.m. The total hours of my Pre – Internship was 318 hours included some extra working hours on Saturday and Sunday.
SCOPE OF WORK & RESPONSIBILITY
• Inbound Reservation 4 Dept. : Creating new bookings by using Tourplan program, Creating a cover paper of reservation, Making a contact with hotels and suppliers, Responding Emails from Clients and Checking about the company’s service costs.

• MICE Dept. : Taking Care of Zurich Insurance Incentive Groups and facilitate the group about toilet, restaurant directions and any requirements from clients

• Product Dept. : Adding and Updating information to Tourplan, Collecting client's comments and complaints, Checking about the contrast rates between company and other supplier hotels and accommodation

Furthermore, I totally can practice and improve my English skills because I had to experience English every day of my working hours.
