Purpose is to maintain the projects for clients withall details:

The Rate/Hour for a particular project work to bedone.

Start and End date of the project.

Total working hours of a day (adjusted with thebreak time option).

Current status and Percentage of work completed

(Progress Bar). Payment / pending amount of the project from the

client.

The present systems are maintainedmanually using spreadsheets.

This does not provide security for the

data. Exchange of information anddata is time-consuming process.

There is no proper coordinationamong the users. Often, the data ismismanaged and leads to data lossesand inconsistencies.

tracked from the start till the end ofany particular Project cycle.

User friendliness is provided in this

project with various controls, facilitiesand security.

There is no risk of data

mismanagement at any level while theproject is being developed or viewed.
