Accountable Health Improvement Plan

(AHIP)AHIP is an opportunity to take control of your health• This comprehensive program will be the key to holding you accountable to your

health goals by making you aware of your health status, commit to making a change, and seeing the change through.

• Preventive health care is one of the major steps to your physical and mental wellness and can help you better understand your body. Completing your annual biometric screening and health assessment increases your chances of maintaining good health and early detection of potential health problems.

• Following the screening and health assessment, customized tools will be available to assist you with improving your health and keeping you on track towards your goals.

• Pay less for your medical benefits each year if you participate and complete the required activities.

• If you paid for this type of program yourself, it would cost you well over $500 for all of the tools and resources provided to you through AHIP.

Benefits of AHIP

• As a member firm of ACEC Life/Health Trust, we are currently included in a health insurance risk-pool that is healthier than the average industry. Firms in AHIP will be placed in a separate, even healthier risk-pool, with the potential for lower medical premiums while improving the health & wellbeing of our employees and families.

• Cost savings realized by the firm will enhance our competitive position and allow our firm to invest even further into our most valuable asset – our employees.

• The move to AHIP is the next step to advancing our wellness initiative and making our organization more proactive towards our health and wellbeing. In addition, we will provide new health improvement program tools to those in need.
