How environment friendly are Reva?
carbon cost of manufacture and distribution isminimum.
Its plant in Bangalore is LEED accredited.MANUFACTURE
is pollution-free at the point of use and thereforereduces the amount of pollution in theatmosphere in our towns and cities
AIRPOLLUTION
With regards to electric use, Revas are stillconsiderably more efficient as compare to carswith internal combustion engines

The batteries used in the Reva are lead acidcells. Some lead compounds in these batteriesare extremely toxic. Long-term exposure to
even tiny amounts of these compounds cancause brain and kidney damage, hearingimpairment, and learning problems in children.
Engineers at Recc are working to overcome it.
