Maternal and Child Health Title V Block Grant

Definition - Children with Special Health Care Needs:

• Have a physical, behavioral, developmental and/or emotional condition

• Has lasted/is expected to last 12 + months

• Requires health or related services of a type or amount that children don’t generally

Examples of Conditions
