The storm passes to our east Thursday. Wintry precipitation is likely late Wednesday and Thursday.

How much wintry precipitation and exact precipitation types.

The possibilities: A track along the coast means that a major winter storm will impact

the Mid-Atlantic. Significant snow and/or ice accumulations would occur and travel will be very dangerous during this time.

A track out to sea means that wintry precipitation (if any) will be light.

Latest guidance overnight and early this morning has trended toward a track along the coast, the forecast has also been trended toward this solution.
