特快專遞各項服務和每個目的地國家／地區的派遞標準有所不同，請先查詢所選取服務的派遞標準，以確保急件可於預計派遞日期前送達。Delivery standard varies with Speedpost service anddestination country/territory. Please check the deliverystandard of the selected service to ensure delivery within theexpected timeframe.

請確保所投寄急件的重量和體積不會超逾目的地國家／地區所訂上限，並且不會載有違禁和受限制物品，以免急件無法派遞。Please make sure that the item to be posted does not exceedthe weight and size limits stipulated by the destination country/ territory and does not contain prohibited and restricted items.Otherwise, the item may not be successfully delivered.

為使目的地國家／地區海關確知急件內載物品，請務必填妥報關單，並提供所需清關文件，以免急件派遞延誤或被海關沒收。To enable customs in the destination country/territory todetermine the content of an item, it is crucial to complete allCustoms Declaration(s) and provide the documentation asrequired. Otherwise, the item may be delayed in delivery orseized by customs.

Service features1. Delivery to over 100 destinations worldwide2. Service rates (Note) based on geographic zones are more

economical than Standard Service rates3. Multipack box comes in four size: 5kg, 10kg, 20kg and 30kg4. The price of the Multipack box can be deducted from

Speedpost postageNote on Use:(1) Customers have to pay for the Multipack box before posting.(2) The price of Multipack box will be deducted from the shipping cost when using

Service Terms and Conditions

• If you post two or more items to the same addressee inthe same location with minimum weight per item of5kg and 50kg per consignment, you can use ourSpeedpostFreight service to enjoy preferential postagerate. All packages should conform to the limitation asspecified in Speedpost Posting Guide Section 4.

• All packages in each consignment need to be of thesame type and are sent at the same time to the sameaddressee.

• Each part kilo will be rounded up to the next wholekilo.

• Stamps and franking machines are not acceptablemethods of payment for SpeedpostFreight.

• Compensation for loss of, damage to or any delay toitems in delivery (except those items held by Customsfor clearance), will be calculated on a pro-rata basisaccording to the gross weight of the consignment.Compensation or postage refund is based on that insection 5.

• Pick-up service for SpeedpostFreight is available toaccount customers only. There is an extra service feeof HK$50 for each pick-up with a maximum of HK$200per month. Counter acceptance is available at all postoffices (excluding mobile post offices and mailrooms)to all customers.

• Speedpost reserves the right to alter the terms andconditions of SpeedpostFreight service without priornotice.

• 特快專遞貨運服務的上門收件服務只適用於帳戶使

用，而每次上門收件服務費為港幣五十元正，每月

最高收費為港幣二百元正。櫃台收件服務（流動郵

局及郵房除外）適用於所有客戶。

• 特快專遞保留對特快專遞貨運服務條款及細則的更

改權利，而毋須在事前作出任何通知。

意為特快專遞帳戶客戶增設全新服務 — 特快專遞快易貨運

服務。顧客可一批過投寄多件貨件，並只須填寫一份付運

票據，更省時方便、經濟實惠。

服務特色

1. 此項服務只適用於特快專遞帳戶客戶，並須以上門收件

形式投寄。

2. 整批貨件不設重量上限，惟每次須最少投寄兩件貨件，

總收費重量達20千克或以上。

• 每件貨件的重量最少須達1千克，上限為40千克。如貨

件以貨板／貨箱盛載，每板／箱載重量不可超過500

千克。

• 每批貨件的重量以每千克計算，不足1千克亦作1千克

計算。

• 貨件按載重量或容積重量計算運費，兩者以較重者為

準。

A simple and economical way to send multiplepieces in one consignment

To meet customers’ demand for quality freight option,the new Speedpost FreightPLUS service is introduced toall Speedpost account customer s. It is simple andeconomical to send multiple pieces in one consignment,with only one set of consignment notes required.

Service Features

1. This service is exclusive to Speedpost accountcustomers and only accepts postings via pick-up.

2. No maximum total weight limit per consignmentsubject to a minimum of 2 items per consignment andan overall minimum chargeable weight of 20 kg.

• The minimum weight of each item is 1 kg and themaximum weight 40 kg. If the items are carried bypallets / boxes, the maximum weight of each pallet /box is 500 kg.

• Each consignment is charged on per kilo basis. Anyfraction of a kilo will be rounded up to the next wholekilo.

• Items will be charged on its dead weight or volumetricweight, whichever is higher.

3. Only one set of consignment notes is required formultiple pieces sending to the same recipient andaddress in single consignment.

4. Customers can log on to the “Speedpost OnlineAccount Zone” (“SOAZ”) in Speedpost website forfilling in and printing posting forms at any time.

5. Items shipped will be processed through commercialclearance.

Freight Charges

The service is available to India at HK$69 per kg basedon the total “chargeable weight” (each consignment ischarged on a per kilo basis, any fraction of a kilo will berounded up to the next whole kilo). “Chargeable weight”is determined by dead weight or volumetic weight of theconsignment, whichever is higher.

報關文件

1. 「瞬時達」急件並非經由郵政途徑派遞。客戶除填妥特快

專遞地址套Pos460外，如客戶投寄商品、禮品和樣本

類等物品時亦必須提供有關發貨單 (Proforma invoice)

一式三份。如屬紡織品或服裝，則請附上產地來源證、

紡織商登記、出口通知書和配額證明等，以便清關之

用。

2. 如投寄物品須繳納關稅，收件人應予以清繳，以確保急

件可及時派遞。

其他條款

1. 特快專遞有關保險服務、其他條款、服務條款及細則和

賠償事項的規定均適用於瞬時達服務。

2. 選用特快專遞「瞬時達」服務只供特快專遞帳戶客戶選

用。

3. 客戶如在急件運送途中取消派件，仍須繳付有關服務收

費。

4. 客戶因以下延誤而提出的索償要求，香港郵政一概不予

受理：

*如客戶未能提供有關報關文件，以致急件可能被目的

地海關扣查而出現派遞延誤。

*如客戶未能提供有效的收件人聯絡電話及其他聯絡資

料，以致急件有可能出現派遞延誤。

channel. To facilitate customs clearance, in addition toSpeedpost Multi-park Address Pack (POS460),proforma invoice in triplicate should be attached to non-document items, and export licence, Textiles TraderRegistration (TTR), country of origin and quota licence,etc. to textile and garment products.

2. Where import duty / tax is payable for an item, theaddressee shall make payment accordingly to ensure on-time delivery.

Other Terms

1. The current Speedpost policies regarding insurance,other terms, service terms and conditions andcompensation apply to Next Flight Out Service.

2. Next Flight Out Service is exclusive to Speedpostaccount customers.

3. Service fee is still pavable even if an ordered shipmentis cancelled by the customer during transit.

4. Hongkong Post will not accept any claim forcompensation due to any of the following delays:-*Delay in delivery of an item resulting from seizure by

Customs due to the failure of the customer to providerelevant customs document(s).

The amount to be paid is printed on the posting form.The maximum amount collected for each Cash onDelivery item is RMB 5,000.

* Handling charge2% of the payment for the goods item. The minimumhandling charge is RMB 20.

8. Return of money collected:The money collected at the time of delivery will bereturned to sender by cheque in Hong Kong dollars,and the amount of which is calculated at the exchangerate published on “Speedpost Online Account Zone”on the date of posting. The cheque will be sent by mailat least 10 working days after the successful delivery.

Note: 1. Postage Paid by Addressee Service and Cash on

Delivery Service cannot be used together.

2. Speedpost account customers are required to login

Speedpost Online Account Zone to fill in and print the

posting form (Pos494B) for Cash on Delivery service.

If customers use the Speedpost Multi-part Address Pack

(Pos460) or other posting forms, the item will be

processed as a normal Speedpost item. Hongkong Post

(3) The insured value for SpeedpostFreight / FreightPLUS items is at consignment level with a total minimum insured value of HK$10,000

Speedpost customers can post their item(s) over the

counter or by using pick-up service. Speedpost pick-up

service covers all areas on Hong Kong Island as well as

in Kowloon and New Territories (except outlying islands

and restricted areas). The pick-up service fee is: account

customers (HK$50 for each pick-up, with a maximum of

HK$200 per month); non account customers (HK$75 per

item).

For licensed franking machineusers, no deposit is required and the postage willbe paid by your franker labels. Besides, there is noneed to fill in any application form. Just call 29212277 and let us know your postage franking machinelicence number and we shall do the rest.

Liability for Loss, Damage or Delay:- Every packet shall be accepted for transmission by

Speedpost under, and subject to, the provisions of thePost Office Ordinance, and the Regulations and Rulesmade thereunder.

- Compensation on an ex-gratia basis may be payable inrespect of loss of, damage to or delay in the delivery ofSpeedpost items in the following manner:

(i) Full refund of postage paid may be made in case oftotal loss, total damage or delay* in delivery of oneday or more with reference to the delivery standardfor a particular destination or area published inSpeedpost website (www.hongkongpost.com/speedpost) on the day the item is posted.

急件遺失、損毀或延誤的賠償責任:－所有特快專遞急件均是依據郵政署條例及按此條例制定

的規例及規則獲得投寄。

－特快專遞急件如有下列遺失、損毀或派遞延誤的情況，均

可獲得特別補償：

(i) 若特快專遞急件在投寄後全件遺失或損毀*，又或較香港

誤一日或以上，則已付郵資可獲全數發還。

(ii)若索償人可向香港郵政署長證明因特快專遞急件遺失、

損毀或派遞延誤*七個工作天或以上（以目的地工作日計

算）而蒙受直接損失，則可獲最高1,500元損失賠償。補

償額皆按投寄証明書內填報的價值或最高港幣1,500元

（以較低者為準）。索償人必須提供有關單據以證明投寄

物品的價值。如投寄證明書沒有指明貨幣，則填報的價值

將以港幣計值。

*但在下列情況下，寄件人將不會獲得賠償或退回收費：

(1) 因清關引致延誤或沒收（清關時間以整天計算）。就清關

事宜，當地海關只會與收件人聯絡交待清關進展

(2) 不妥善的包裝引致急件的延誤或損毀

(3) 寄往以下任何一個國家者：

亞美利亞、吉爾吉斯、馬其頓、摩爾多瓦、蒙古、土庫曼、

烏茲別克

(ii) Compensation for direct loss, up to a maximum of$1,500 may be payable if it is proved to the satisfactionof the Postmaster General that direct loss has beensustained by the claimant as a result of loss or damageof the Speedpost item or delay* in delivery for notless than 7 working days (on the basis of the workingdays of destinations). Compensation amount isaccording to the declared value on the Certificate ofPosting or maximum HK$1,500 (whichever is thelowest). The claimant must provide relevant invoiceto substantiate the value of content. If no currency isspecified on the Certificate of Posting, the declaredvalue will be denominated in Hong Kong dollars.

* However, no compensation or postage refund is payable to Senderin case of:

(1) Delay or confiscation resulted from customs clearance (Customsclearance will be counted as full day). The Customs will onlyinform the addressee about the progress of customs clearance

(2) Delay or damage resulted from insufficient packing(3) Sending items destined to the following destinations:

Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova (Republic of),Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan (Republic of)

(4) Delay in or failure of delivery due to incorrect or incompleteaddress

(5) Unclear description (e.g. sample, merchandise without detaileddescription of items), false, misleading or incompletedeclaration that leads to failure of clearing item from customsby delivery agent, seizure or detention of the package bycustoms.

(6) Sender’s failure to provide required documents needed byimport and export regulation of the destination prior to postingthat leads to confiscation or return of item

(7) Delay, loss or damage caused by disaster, political risk, strike,nuclear explosion or war

(8) Content includes any of the prohibited items listed in SpeedpostPosting Guide Section 2 and Section4

(9) Delay or/and failure of special services, such as request madeafter posting to change the name or address of addressee afterposting, or to retrieve item for return to origin

Others:- Enquiries shall only be accepted within three months from the Day

of Posting. Availability of the required information and lead timerequired will depend on the response from the destination Post.

- The Post Office Guide is avaliable at Hongkong Postwebpage (www.hongkongpost.com) or all post office.

- Proof of Delivery may be availiable under special circumstances,for example, in the case that addressee provides non-receiptdeclaration of the Speedpost item.
